/ / story of school breaks.

School Breaks is a program by MTL Bboying empowering youth by cultivating lasting performance , self discipline, knowledge, confidence, teamwork and creativity skills while connecting them to professional street dancers.

/ / it sets us apart.

School Breaks The team is made up of individuals dedicated to the continuous development and perfecting of their craft. This is evident not only in the quality of their performances but also in their teaching methods and how they interact and connect with the youth.

School BreaksThrough an experience that will require students to look inside and push their boundaries, we're looking to contribute to their personal growth. By believing in their potential and pushing them to action, we're stimulating a means for self-discovery..

School BreaksBy being connected not only to the street dance community but also youth centers such as YMCAs and other youth centers we can provide a extension to the activities we offer. Whether it be at free practice sessions or events we open up our network to students.

School BreaksThe program directly impacts the quality of life in school amongst the youth and their teachers. It helps breaks down the barriers between students be it of age, sex, ethnic groups as well as social problems such as bullying by uniting them and giving them a positive outlet.

School BreaksOur organization is made up of passionate individuals that live and breathe their love of dance and are eager to share its positive impacts.

School BreaksOur program motivates youth and change their perception they have of the school making it seem less of a strict institution but more open and closer to their daily reality creating a feeling of unity openness and positivity. It also helps them re-capture academic interests that often is lost.
