1)Why your repair fees are so low compare to the shop?
Because I have low overhead cost compare to your local shops.

  2) Do I have to pay extra for pickup and delivery of my machine?
No, I come to you and repair your equipment on your premises; we will have most common parts with us, otherwise we will buy the parts and come again with parts at no extra   charge.

  3) Does my garage or driveway will cover with oil and dirt after repair is done?
No, I will have special cover under your equipment to avoid any spillage.

  4) How long will take you to repair a non-starting lawnmower or Snow blower?
It depends what causing the problem, but minimum 20 min to maximum 1.5 hours

  5) How often should I change oil on my Lawnmower or Snow blower and what type?
It is recommended that you change the oil beginning of every season. You can use 10W30 for Lawnmowers and 5W30 for Snow blowers.

   6) Why my lawnmower is shaking violently when I turn it on?
It could be that you hit the blade to the hard surface and bend the crankshaft or bend the blade. Sometimes, the blade becomes lose and you need to tighten it.

  7) Can I repair my lawnmower myself?
You can only carry out routine maintenance on your lawnmower yourself (see instructions).
If it breaks down, we strongly advise against attempting to repair your lawnmower yourself, for your own safety.

  8)  How and why should I sharpen my lawn mowers blade?

Sharpening lawn mower blades is a simple yet important aspect of mower maintenance.... Every month or two, you should sharpen the lawn mowers blade. The reason for   sharpening   lawn mower blades is that dull blades have a tendency to rip grass blades instead of cutting cleanly, leaving grass susceptible to diseases
.

9) Why my snowblower belt start smoking and burning?

After starting the engine of your Snow Blower, pay close attention when engaging the drive system. If the engine strains excessively or stalls, do not retry before checking all moving parts. Snow from a previous session may have melted and re-frozen, locking up critical parts. Make sure engine is off and try and free frozen parts gently. If necessary, move the blower to a heated area and allow the ice to melt. Failure to do so may end up in a shredded belt or broken equipment.

10) I have a snowblower that takes oil/gas mixture, I forgot and put straight gas in it , after 5 minutes engine turned off by itself, and I can not start it again.

Check your owner's manual for the proper gas-to-oil mixture. For almost all modern two-stroke engines, a 50-to-1 mixture is recommended. This leaner mixture is possible due to improvements in the quality of modern mix oil. That requires about 2 1/2 oz. of oil for every gallon of gasoline. If the mixture is too rich ( too much gas), you will damage the engine, if the mixture is too lean ( too much oil) other it will not start or smokes excessively.

11) What is the best Snowblower to buy?

When you buy Snowblower, you should pay attention to the brand of the engine. The snowblowers come with different engines, some have chineese engine, some have american made engines and some have Japanees engine. Currently Powermore engines and LCT engines are chineese engines that are used on many snowblowers in the market. In my opinion LCT engines are better engines to work on them. Powermore engines tend to rev up and down after few years or when you leave gas in them. The Briggs and Stratton 7.00 series, 8.00 series, 9.00 series and 11.50 series hands down are most reliable engines in the market.
