First Aid & CPR Training for TLC Staff

First Aid & CPR training is mandatory for employees in the workplace; but, unlike most other types of safety training, these skills and knowledge are also applicable to an individual’s daily life. Because the workplace relies on well-trained employees, TLC staff members will be receiving practical hands-on training by the Canadian Red Cross.

Advanced Brain Injury Rehabilitation (Level 2)

TLC is committed to providing specialized training for its management and staff. These individuals are directly developing and working in community and home-based rehabilitation programs that serve individuals with acquired brain injury.

The Ontario Brain Injury Association in conjunction with Brock University has developed a Certificate Training Program to provide professionals with the tools and knowledge to assist clients with recovery and function in everyday life following acquired brain injury.

The Advanced Brain Injury Rehabilitation Certificate Training Program is designed to increase your knowledge of brain injury across the lifespan and to appreciate factors which make brain injury rehabilitation more challenging.
