The following rates include all fees and taxes
$3000.00 Standard Lot
The above mentioned rates include water, hydro, garbage service, unlimited access to all of the Resort's recreational facilities, and live entertainment. Each site is provided with a 750 gallon septic tank. Residents are responsible for their own septic pump out of the septic tanks. Fully accredited septic removal services will be recommended at reasonable rates. The seasonal agreement allows 5 months residency (May 1st to October 1st) and 7 months complimetary storage on site for renewing residents. Non-renewing parties are subject to a $500 storage fee from October 1st-May1st. Seasonal agreement is renewable yearly.

Lots 169-200, 74-96, 43-58, 151-154, 155-168, 107-110
The above mentioned rate applies to select lots with preferred locations.
