Carpentry

When one sets out to hire a carpenter, finding someone with the skills to suit their needs is often a challenge.  Once you decide the scope of the job, we can begin planning how to best utilize our manpower.  The following describes our skill sets :

i]   Master carpenter in training:  This means manpower with lots of skills, experience, and credientals - that's us!  In our era of specialization, master carpenters are hard to find.

ii]  Specialist carpenter:  That might be a millwork installer, finishing carpenter, drywaller or anyone else that is expert in one or more of the sub categories.  Most common.

iii]  Apprentices:  The help.

We can handle anything commercial and like to think of ourselves as the 'Alter n Upgrade' crew for residential.  Take a look through Get Started and Get Planning for more info.

Sauna's

Like everything else nowadays, there are lots of options when considering a sauna.  Wet, dry, infared, kit, continuous fire and even smoke sauna's!  We understand it's a personal choice, but we highly recommend the classic Finnish sauna.  According to Finnish lore, the human body is most beautiful thirty minutes after a sauna.
Another saying goes "If booze, tar, or the sauna won't help, the illness is fatal".  This is referring to a common debate, "Are sauna's a risk to a person's health?  The most recent research indicates if your healthy, enjoy.  If you have a health condition, check with your doctor.
The fact is, using sauna's makes people feel better.  Experts in healing are now using 'therapeutic saunas' to help people with particular conditions.  They are relatively simple to build and apply to both residential and commercial applications of all kinds.

Condo Ceilings

The use of sprayed stucco as the standard ceiling finish has created an illusion: what condo owners think is their ceiling, is in fact, the bottom of the neighbours floor.

By fabricating the real thing, one creates an opportunity to rethink the optimal space plan.  Use ceiling fixtures to define spaces, relocate outlets/switches, optimize space planning, or install audio enhancements.

Customize the space to your specific needs.

Sound barrier and acoustic benefits are also utilized from materials used in the basic design.  You live with sound bouncing off concrete; we can create a finish that absorbs noise.
