On site, we will measure and draw accurate as-built floor plans (complete with your own logo if you wish), and present them to you in both the printable PDF format, and in the DWG format, which you can revise yourself with any CAD software. In essence, we won’t hold you hostage keeping the photographic “negative” – we give them to you to do with as you see fit. And if tenants are present, we will quietly do our work with as minimal interruption as possible, or no disturbance at all.

We provide building area charts that show useable and rentable areas, calculated in accordance with:

BOMA and SIOR measuring standards for office or industrial buildings,
Canadian government office space standard,
common residential real estate board practice, or
your own specific standard or GLA.

If you need elevation views and reflected ceiling plans, as do many architects engaged in retail renovation work, we can do that too.

All your files can be securely stored on our extranet, so you, or your employees or agents, can retrieve, print, edit or send them any day at any time.

We only use high quality LeicaTM DistoTM laser measuring tools, with +/- 0.062 inch precision over 600 feet.
