The bandwidth meter speed test checks the bandwidth of your internet connection.
What this test does is: a file is downloaded from our server that will calculate your bandwidth speed from the tracert.org site, based on the transfer rate it achieves. Your bandwidth speed may be affected by the following factors: being located outside of the United States, performing other downloads and this test simultaneously, or executing programs that use your bandwidth to monitor other resources. The Tracert.org bandwidth meter speed test does a fair job testing your internet speed, however if you are unsure of the results, you can always “retest”.
