Dr Schwarz graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2004.
After graduation she travelled through Newfoundland working in general practice then came home to Ontario and started practicing emergency medicine for the next 18 years. She lives in Burlington with her 3 cats, Magenta, Oliver and Smudge.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling abroad, gardening and scuba diving.
Dr. Schwarz she has a special interest in elephant medicine and has travelled to Thailand to work with Thai elephant veterinarians.
