VisualAirFX provides a service of aerial photography for most outdoor events. Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, corporate or special events, or just a good ol' backyard party.

Rates

Remote control or telescopic pole

Hourly rates plus package rates and additional services available upon request.

Deposit

A twenty-five (25%) percent non-refundable deposit is required at the signing of the contract. Balance of payment is due ten (10) business days prior to the event.

Payment

Cash or cheque payable to: Services VisualAirFX Inc.
A forty ($40.00) dollar service fee will be charged for all non-sufficient cheques.

Cancellation

VisualAirFX reserves the right to cancel and/or re-schedule, due to inclement weather conditions including, but not limited to excess wind, rain, snow, hail and/or fog.

Refund

With regards to some special events that are unable to be re-scheduled (see cancellation clause), the full amount including the twenty-five (25%) percent non-refundable deposit will be reimbursed. Special events are defined as weddings and some corporate events.
