Chef David Wolfman, host of the T.V. show “Cooking with the Wolfman”, visits and provides our clients with amazing food and some great entertainment as well!
Chef David Wolfman is a highly recognized First Nations Chef, and a direct descendant of the Xaxli’p Band of Lilloet, BC, He also currently serves as a culinary arts professor at George Brown College in Toronto. David stars, writes, and is the executive producer of the nationally televised “Cooking with the Wolfman“tm program on the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network (APTN).
David recently performed a cooking demonstration with our staff for our customers on the topic of “Traditional Foods with a Modern Twist”. He discussed proper cooking methods and shared his vast knowledge of organic and traditional foods and their preparation in hopes to promote healthier eating habits for our staff and customers, and to add some diversity to our always changing menu.
