While You Were Out Inc. is locally owned and operated by Michael and Jennifer Roycroft of Canmore Alberta. Michael has an Hon. BA in Recreation and Business and a Masters in Public Administration with over 20 years work experience in the private, non-profit and public sectors. In addition to operating WYWO, Michael works in a leadership role in the public sector. Jennifer has over 10 years experience in administration and customer service in a variety of professional sectors. Together with their team of professional staff, Michael and Jennifer are committed to the very highest levels of client satisfaction.

Michael and Jennifer are involved in the community in various ways. Michael was the former Chair of the Canmore Community Housing Corporation and has sat on Canmore’s Sustainable Economic Development and Tourism Task Forces. Jennifer has been involved in several community, church and school committees. Together, they enjoy an active lifestyle including snowboarding, backpacking and cycling with their three children.
