ECM Strata Management Ltd. is a fully licensed strata agency providing strata management services to a limited amount of strata corporations in Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Langley, Surrey, Delta, Ladner, Agassiz, Maple Ridge, White Rock and the surrounding areas. Our philosophy is to provide strata management services to strata corporations in a process that works for them, while still meeting the requirements of the Strata Property Act and the Real Estate Services Act. We believe in working for a strata corporation "your way" in the maintenance and management of your investment.
Our mandate is to assist the strata corporation through the strata council to do all of the things necessary to efficiently and effectively operate its common assets and comply with the Strata Property Act and other regulations.
