Multilingual multimedia Flash presentation
The Investment Secretariat of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada identified the need to be more internationally competitive in its marketing at international trade-shows and conferences. Emphasis was placed on conveying ideas creatively and visually while anticipating the short time visitors have to spend at each booth. We designed this Flash presentation to be scalable and flexible allowing a presenter to easily toggle between English, French and German, customize a presentation for different promotional themes and make data updates at any time. First nations Schoolnet Bilingual trade-show presentation and CD ROM (Agency: HB Group) Video editing, audio recording, original soundtrack and animated special effects. This Flash/video presentation was created for the International conference of First Nations peoples in Geneva, Switzerland. Within a few days we re-purposed hours of video into a tight 10 minute presentation, added an original soundtrack, narration and animated special effects. Our client was delighted with the results at the conference and the presentation continues to be useful wherever a laptop is available.

Voice over narration in French and English with professional on air talent
NOT TO KIDS - Selling cigarettes to kids has to stop. Moxie Media was contracted to produce hard hitting radio and TV spots to get that message out. We hired a cast of local young actors represented by the Mensour Agency to voice the script. We then edited and mixed the results with custom sound effects, an original music track and video animation. The Ottawa Citizen Radio Spots Ottawa Citizen reporters and professional on air talent This project required a studio session with each of the Citizen's editors who not only wrote their own scripts but voiced them in the studio. All of the reads ran well over 30 seconds and required hours of creative editing. We also thought the studio sound was too dead so with a little audio magic we moved the location to a busy downtown street.

Glengarry Highland Games

This video short was shoot at the 2005 Glengarry Highland Games in Maxville, Ontario, Canada and features Eric Idle's (Monty Python) song 'Always look on the bright side of life'. Moxie shoot all the video and lovingly edited the clips together in an effort to capture the community goodtime spirit that was so evident at the games. p.s. The bacon cheese burger as served by volunteers of the Dunvangen Commmunity Center was world class.

Illustration, original soundtrack and animation
This is the set of animated transitions Moxie Media Studios created in 2002 for our own award winning web site. Moxie, our blas mascot was first created in Illustrator, scripted into a series of web page transitions, animated in Flash and brought alive with sound effects and music. The size of the files are extremely small allowing the animations to stream over even the slowest connections.
