Register of Pre-arranged Release Sites

Fauna Rescue is wishing to establish a Register of Pre-arranged Release Sites.

Please click to read further to ascertain if your property fits the description for a suitable habitat.

Fauna Rescue are seeking from the Adelaide community suitable areas in which to release primarily orphaned rehabilitated Brushtail and Ringtail possums.

Fauna Rescue hopes to reduce the burden and assist our wonderful carers who dedicate their valuable time to raise orphaned joeys with pre-arranged release sites.  We are interested in sites for hard release (placing a box in a tree) and soft release (aviary on property whereby the member of public feeds for two weeks then opens the aviary door).
