MEET OUR ADVISORS
Mr. Siwawa is the founder and Managing Director of VPB, and is regarded as a pioneer in the field of private equity in the region.
Mr. Kongoro serves as Namibia’s Managing Director. Prior to joining the VPB Group in 2016 he spent 28 years with BP Oil Africa.
Mr. Mtonga serves as the Namibia office’s Director, Investment Services.
Ms. Letshwiti joined VPB as an Investment Analyst in 2005 and is the firm’s Investment Manager.
Ms. Motshubi joined VPB in October 2008 and serves as an Investment Associate for the company.
Ms. Ngapurue is an Investment Analyst at the Namibia offices, having joined the firm in 2017.
