What We Do
• Monitor various fields of education; such as neuroscience, technology and education, for new information and developments pertinent to learning disabilities.
• Provide one-on-one information and support to community members
• Share information on advocacy, supporting your child’s learning at home and in school, and local resources for children and adults.
• Engage the community through free webinars, forums and workshops, and advocate for LD issues in Kingston and area communities. Facilitate programs like summer camps, robots workshops and literacy tutoring for local youth.
• Represent and advocate for LD issues in Kingston and area communities.
Special thanks to our funders and contributors for their support of the LDAK and for making a difference in the lives of adults and children with learning disabilities and their families.
