Had our railing done last year. Decided today to do a review as my experience has always bothered me. The sales rep Chris, has been frustrating. I think I’ve called him 4-6 times … More over the year to solve a finishing issue. You can tell in his voice he was annoyed whenever I called, and I could always tell from his tone he was never going to call me back. There were many issues with Chris that made the process bumpy, but not solving a simple finishing issue was frustrating. I’ve had so many people wonder why these two holes exist in my railing. My main contractor was also confused it was left like this. It bugs me every time I walk by. And bugs me more how Chris never tried or called me back once and always said he would. If anyone knows where to find some plugs let me know. Spindles… is this really how the final product is supposed to look?
Update: spoke with Kevin around 2pm today and he found a solution and was at my house by 3pm to fix it. No more holes in the railing. Thank you so much Kevin for your quick and prompt response. Really appreciate it. Very nice guy.

Had these guys install my laminate on the stairs. They installed the fascia, capping and laminate all in one day. They arrived when they said they were going to and wrapped up … More earlier than expected. They were clean, safe and experienced in their craft. Through out the day, they were interactive and informative providing education on what they were doing. Great guys to work with! I would use them again and definitely recommend them.
