ePortal is the public online filing system for the Calgary Assessment Review Board (ARB) where users can file complaints on property or business assessments.
Users can see the up-to-date status of their assessment complaints, access their hearing information, submit evidence disclosures to the ARB, request postponements, submit withdrawal requests, and access previous ARB decisions.
Our login process uses Calgary myID, an online service that provides citizens and business owners access to multiple City services using a single account. To learn more about myID, you can visit the City of Calgary myID information page.
