Proven Results

Re-Elect Noel Talluto 4th Ward Alderman

Thank you for choosing me to serve as your 4th Ward Alderman in 2015.

I have been actively serving you and your interests since then and have proven results delivering on my pledge to you to “work hard to keep Elmhurst a great place to live and raise a family.”

I was born and raised in Illinois, went to the University of Illinois and moved to Elmhurst with my family in 2010. My husband Marc and I, along with our four children, quickly realized and continue to see what a special place Elmhurst is. We belong to Immaculate Conception Parish and I volunteer in many organizations in town including the YMCA, Elmhurst Baseball and Softball League, Cub Scouts, Immaculate Conception Church and School as well as being a member of the League of Women Voters.

Through these daily interactions serving the community both as Alderman and as a volunteer, I have met many wonderful people and see what a special place Elmhurst is. It is because of this community that I became Alderman: I want to continue to serve our community by taking an active role in keeping Elmhurst the great place that it is. I was appointed by the Mayor in November 2014 and elected for my first term in April of 2015. I am currently the Vice-Chair of the Development, Planning and Zoning Committee and voted in support of no city tax increase for 2019.

I ask for your support to continue to serve you.

My experience as your Alderman over the last five years, successfully implementing improved safety, stormwater and growth projects and communicating proactively with all residents, puts me in the best position to continue to work on your behalf.

I have a proven record of results representing you and I ask for your vote on April 2nd.

Thank you!
