TRUCKERS ASSOCIATION of NOVA SCOTIA
We are a team of truckers devoted to delivering the highest standard of service.
Our primary purpose is to support the Nova Scotia government (NSPW) in the building, repair and maintenance of roads and bridges throughout Nova Scotia. This is accomplished under the arrangement between TANS and the NSPW commonly referred to as the 80/20 Rule.

We are now accepting applications for membership for the 2024- 2025 membership year. Each applicant MUST apply for membership in the county in which they reside.

Our 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on April 20th at the Delta Hotels Dartmouth, 240 Brownlow Ave, Dartmouth.

The Department of Public Works is providing a series of interactive map applications that provides information on seasonal restrictions as well as allowable weight designations for all provincially owned roadways.
