went from like 73kg to roughly 69kg, however I dont feel like I've made much difference despite being in a deficit at around 1700-1900 for 8 weeks. Only fat gone from random places like my calves, face, back. None gone from my chest, arms or stomach.
The only thing I've been doing recentley is eating dirty foods, and ocassionally having high carbs and lowish protein and fat but still at a deficit.. Is this the problem? As I thought that was bro science. I've been having roughly 200g carbs, 120g protein, 50g fat.
What do? and I won't bulk as I've been doing that for 6 months and need to get lean.
