On May 8th I popped in to Derrick Dodge to look at a couple vehicles, On May 12th I called the dealership as I was thinking of purchasing. My salesman asked me for a credit card # as a way to hold a vehicle and nothing would be billed to my card as the dealership would need a signature, I spoke to salesman **** *****. When I went in the dealership I decided on a vehicle, was rushed through the paperwork as Derrick Dodge was closing. When reviewing my paperwork when I got home I found quite a few differences from what I was quoted and also noticed my loan was backdated to May 8th. I called my salesman and texted him saying that I was going to file a complaint with the dealership. I was charged more than the vehicle paperwork and charged for things I never agreed to. I received a call from the Finance Manager *** ******** yelling at me and saying he did nothing wrong and that I agreed to everything. I said I was contacting the GM said goodbye and hung up on him. Later I found out that the dealership billed my credit card 500.00 that is not recorded on any paperwork and that they did a hard inquiry on my credit May 8th without my consent. They had my vehicle as a trade in for 19 days did not pay out my loan and gave it to someone while I was still paying for it without my consent. I still have not received my 500.00 from the credit card back and was promised numerous times it would be mailed than delivered than mailed. On June 19th I sent ***** an email stating if I did not hear anything I would be seeking legal action. He sent me an email back saying they were having computer issues and if I threatened legal action again he would not talk to me. I have all information in text and emails. I talked to ***** ******** the GM numerous times with him apologizing and trying to make me happy.
