​SPRING 2024 EVENTS: GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Registration is required. There are two ticket types available to the public: 'Adult' or 'Planting Coach'. See below for minimum requirements to sign up as a Planting Coach. All tickets are offered first-come-first served. Please sign up for ONE ticket per adult. We encourage everyone to bring a shovel as there will be limited supply at these events.

Adult tickets are for those participants over 18. For those adults who are supervising minors under 18, please indicate the number of minors in the ticket. For families or groups with multiple adults, each adult should sign up for a ticket. For groups with minors, we ask that you ensure an appropriate ratio of adults-to-youth and that the number of youth is not double-counted or reported multiple times when you sign-up.

Planting Coach tickets are only for experienced tree planters who guide small groups of tree planters by demonstrating proper tree planting technique. Planting Coaches are critical to our success and we encourage everyone who has planted with us multiple times to consider volunteering as a Planting Coach. Hands-on training will be provided on April 27th which is encouraged for any new Planting Coaches.
