Learn to Paint
Kato Rempel is delighted to announce an exciting beginner art class. We'll be focusing on both acrylic and oil painting, allowing you to choose your preferred medium and explore the magic of both. Each class will feature an informative demo in the process of painting from a still life and eventually a photograph. Throughout the course, I will emphasize composition, colour mixing, and the creative process, equipping you with essential skills to bring your artistic visions to life.

Learning a Language: nsyilxcen for Everyone Level 1
Would you like to greet students or visitors in nsyilxcən? Would you like to master some basic vocabulary, and gain a deeper understanding of syilx culture and connection to place? This workshop will give participants a start on pronunciation, greetings and language meaning. This class is for everyone, regardless of heritage.
This workshop is designed as a series of four sessions. Dates are Tuesdays, April 30, May 7, May 14 and May 21, 2024. Price is the total for all four sessions.
