Hi, my MacBook Pro has recently decided it will get stuck on safe boot mode ( see picture ). I think to my knowledge that the hdd needs to be formatted and restore with a new version of OSX, preferably Yosemite. I am not worried about losing what's on the computer now, just need it working again as it isn't that old. I am after someone that can do this at my place of residence. Thank you.

I can sunday noon if you accept the offer, cheers

I can do this in the afternoon however it will take at least minimum 2hrs to complete it assuming the hard drive is still good and there's no other issue with the computer

Preferably Sunday 22nd

When do you want this done Jordan?

Hi phil, not quite sure what you mean with "just upgrading". The computer won't start up at all just shows loading bar on safe mode and then turns it self off after the loading bar is full. Thanks
