Another Fun Country Birdhouse Card

I made another fun birdhouse card using the Country Birdhouse bundle. You can see the original card I made in this post. For this card, I used different patterns from the Country Woods DSP and I used Bubble Bath and Pretty In Pink cardstock and Stampin’ Blends markers. I just can’t get enough of this cute bundle! It is so much fun to play with!

Country Birdhouse Card

I created this card with the Country Birdhouse bundle which includes the stamp set and coordinating dies and the Country Woods DSP. In fact, if you'd like to make this card as well, you can order the full Country Woods Suite. Adhering the multiple layers with Stampin’ Dimensionals gives this card so much depth and dimension.

Using various papers from the the Country Woods DSP, you can create unlimited varieties of the card. Stay tuned and I'll show you a few other varieties that I created.

Layers of Beauty Mother’s Day Card

Wishing all of you Moms out there a very Happy Mother’s Day!

I created this card for my Mom. It uses the Layers of Beauty bundle. I used the coordinating masks (stencils) along with some blending brushes to create the layers of color. I used the following colors: Bubble Bath, Pretty in Pink, Berry Blast, Granny Apple Green, and Old Olive.

I stamped the image twice and then fussy cut two of the flowers out and added them to the card with some dimensionals to add a bit of depth to the simple card. The sentiment is from a Close to my Heart retired set called With Love. Visit my website here for a full list of the supplies.

Country Flowers Card

I am in love with Stampin’ Up!’s new Country Flowers bundle! I designed the card with the bundle to send to my new team members as I like to them a card and a little gift when they sign up. I thought this card would be a perfect way to celebrate them and their new adventure as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. (If you’d like some info on joining my team and the great Starter Kit promotion this month, feel free to visit my New Demonstrator FAQ page here.)

In addition to the Country Flowers stamp set and die, I also used the Eyelet Embossing Folder and the Sentimental Park stamp set for the sentiment. I also used the Stampin’ Blends markers in the new In Colors for the flowers. Visit my website here for a full list of the supplies.

Colorful Card using Masking Technique

Today we are celebrating my dear friend Amy McGrew’s milestone of achieving her 1,000th YouTube subscriber with a video collab. Because Amy has a bright and cheerful personality and loves bright colors the 9 papercrafters who are participating are all creating a project with a bright and cheerful theme.

My project highlights the masking technique to create this cheerful floral card. I walk you through the process step by step to create this card and then show a couple other variations. Be sure to check out all of the other YouTuber’s videos as well. You will find a link to each of their channels in the description section at the bottom of my video.

Watch the video below to see the full process.

Here is a side view of the card so you can see the dimension a little better. You can even turn this type of card into a shaker card by adding some acetate and some confetti or sequins inside!

Here is a card I made using the die cut letters.

Of course I had to use the same technique to make a card for Amy.
