Annie Myrle Cummings, age 72 of 253 Central St. North, Rhine, Ga., passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 in Brady, Texas.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, February 14th in the Rhine Baptist Church.Visitation will be one hour before the service from 2:00 PM-3:00 PM. Reverend Chuck Yzenski, Reverend Ricky Gilmore and Gary Ryals will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Bay Springs Cemetery in Rhine.

Mrs. Cummings was born on September 27, 1942 in Montrose, Ga.She was daughter of the late Morris Spires and Annie McDuffie Spires.She was retired Restaurant Owner and CNA.She was a member of the Rhine Baptist Church.She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Cummings, brothers-Charlie, Ed, Morris, Jr., and Larry Spires and sisters-Massie Spires, Cassie Mae Harrison and Myrtle Love.

Survivors include:daughter-Rhonda (Steve) Helms of Brady, Texas, brother-Jessie Spires of Eatonton, Ga., sisters-Linda Weaver of Callahan, Florida, Shirley Weaver of Panama City, Florida, Patricia Capaz of Milipitas, California and Mary Denmark of Augusta, Ga., 2-grandchildren-Haley Helms and Jessica Hilliard.

Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
