Monte is Principal and co-founder of New West Public Affairs Inc. He served as Member of Parliament for Medicine Hat (1993-2008) and as Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, and Human Resources and Social Development (February 2006-October 2008)
Monte regularly speaks to companies and organizations about: How to Get Your Message Through to Government. He is also an occasional columnist and media contributor.
