About
I am curious by nature with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Right now, I work with a team of bright Mercer colleagues to help our clients communicate effectively with their workforce. Whether our clients are going through a large-scale change initiative or looking to provide an exceptional employee experience, they turn to our team to help them deliver.
Prior to joining Mercer, I've held various roles in research, advisory, marketing and communications. I've worked in the fast-paced world of healthcare non-profits at Toronto's St. Joseph's Health Care Centre and worked amongst best-in-class HR researchers at McLean and Company. In both these roles, I honed my communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, which I continue to sharpen today with Mercer.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Media Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario and a Diploma in Multimedia Design and Production from Fanshawe College. I recently completed a certification in foundational design thinking, and have taken several HR courses from the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario to better understand the complex (and changing!) world of work.
When I'm not working, I like to get involved in youth and culture initiatives, explore the food scene in the Lower Mainland, and recharge in the backcountry.
