After reaching out to a few different companies we… found that the Stor-X prices were lower compared to most, and the consultation process and attention to detail much more thorough. Randy was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide input on what we needed and come up with multiple options at different price points. He spent a lot of time working with us to come up with the perfect custom solutions for us. Two in home visits, and countless emails back and forth. Randy even spent over an hour doing a final phone consultation in the late evening with myself and my partner to hash out the final details of the closets before sending to production. They were able to accommodate a very tight time-line as we wanted to complete the project quickly with a baby on the way. From initial meeting through to final install in under a month – very impressive! Our installer, Mike, was friendly, professional and clearly talented at what he does. He was thoughtful and kind and went above and beyond his obligations – even fixing a sliding door for me on our entrance way closet and patching a hole in the wall beside our bathroom closet. He was also very quick and efficient – on four closets, he removed our existing structures, patched and repaired holes and installed in around 3 hours. All up two flights of stairs with no elevator (and not a single complaint!) The final product looks incredible and the product itself even exceeded my expectations.
