Prophet T.B. Joshua, just back from Ecuador where he had gone to commission a school built and presented to a community by Emmanuel TV Team, engaged congregants in his usual thought-provoking manner with a message title – God Cannot Use A Discouraged Servant. He emphasized on the fact that God cannot use a discouraged servant, adding that satan has a way of making people overwhelmed, worried. Therefore, we must overcome such attitudes that lead to discouragement.

Prophet T.B. Joshua further spoke about the attitude of a true Christian to unpleasant situations that tend to question his or her faith. According to the man of God, the Christian race is made more glorious when we encounter challenges on the way, because such challenges remind us of God: “The beauty of our journey is when you are going and something is there to punch you.” In other words, whatever setback a true Christian encounters in life is actually for his or her own good as it could set him or her up for a new level in life.

Continuing, he observed that trials to a Christian are like an examination which would eventually lead to his promotion both spiritually and materially. As such, he declared that we would always value our promotion when we pass through the examination without complaining: “When you are not sitting for an examination, how will you value the promotion.” The man of God also added that, “If you don’t sweat while studying, how will you value your certificate?”

Concluding, he urged Christians to see their situations as friends and not as enemies, adding that no situation is meant to destroy us but to improve our relationship with God: “Our situation reminds us of God because it is meant to improve us.”

Congregants were able to see clips of Prophet T.B. Joshua’s trip to Ecuador where a new set of classrooms equipped with learning materials was presented to a community in a remote part of the country. The man of God and the Emmanuel TV crew were seen passing through very rugged and undulating terrains to access the remote community that was once ravaged by an earthquake. The man of God used the medium to encourage Christians all over the world to give for noble causes such as helping the needy educationally.

Evangelist Justin had earlier delivered a message titled LET YOUR HEART BE ENGAGED WITH GOD. According to him the best way to put satan off our lives is by not allowing him to sow his seeds of doubt in our hearts, because when we allow him, he would begin to make us doubt our place in God’s creation. He summed up his message in the following words: “Mind management is the first priority for an overcomer. The management of the heart and its thoughts is fundamental to our faith and holy living. The heart must be purified by faith and entire for God. Faith is the cause of victory, the means, the instrument and the spiritual armour by which we overcome sin, satan and the world.”

CHRONIC ARTHRITIS HEALED

Rendered immobile and bed-ridden by chronic arthritis, she had lost all hope after every medical effort failed to bring her back to her normal condition. Members of her family, including her husband were distraught about her condition which took a negative toll on her very existence for one full year. Mrs Igbiso Talbot had been through serious pains and discomfort and had largely depended on family members for almost everything. It was so bad that her husband’s brother and his wife were the ones carrying her from place to place in search of help. She was unable to engage in any productive venture due to the severity of her case.

Having exhausted all possible options for solution, Mrs Talbot was brought to The SCOAN in a vehicle. While the Sunday service was going on, she cried out as loud as she could, appealing to the man of God to come and pray for her. After Prophet T.B. Joshua addressed congregants he moved straight to where she was in a vehicle outside the auditorium. Stretching his hand towards her from a distance, the man of God commanded the problems to bow to the superior power of the Holy Spirit. As the man of God tapped her legs, a spiritual operation ensued, causing her to vibrate as the power of God permeated all her joints and veins.

In the twinkle of an eye, Mrs Talbot stood on her feet for the first time in 365 days. As the man of God commanded her to walk, she took some initial weak steps which eventually gathered powerful momentum. Before she could walk ten steps, her movement was already solid and stable, sending the whole congregation into a frenzy of cheers. Shouts of “Thank You, Jesus”, rented the atmosphere as she walked with strength and stability, ending an affliction that had messed up one year of her life.  According to her, when the man of God touched her leg, she felt as though a rope was cut off. Testifying in company of her husband and other family members, Mrs Talbot thanked God for rescuing her from a stationary life that had been full of pain and despair.

MY DRY BONES WERE MADE WHOLE AGAIN BY JESUS

Miss Nthabeleng Ramoeli was under siege by a terrible connective tissue disorder which affected almost every part and system within her body. Her digestive, respiratory, circulatory and muscular systems were all affected by the degenerative disease. The young lady from Lesotho was thereafter diagnosed with about seventy different conditions that made it difficult for her to do anything. She could not concentrate in school as she often suffered seizures and dislocations. There were occasions when she suffered multiple emergencies, forcing different doctors to attend to her at the same time.

As a young woman, her health conditions shaped her thinking about life. At a time, she had started losing hope about certain normal expectations in life. She had even concluded that marriage and procreation were not her lot in life, knowing that it would be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for her to bear a child in future. On many occasions, she had to be pulled out of school on account of her hyperactive brain which made sleep impossible.

Everything about her was problematic, including her appetite. She could hardly eat any food without suffering from some form of irritation or allergies. Her bladder was always full even when she took only a spoonful of tea or water. She used a couple of aids such as a knee guard which became necessary due to the constant gathering of fluid in her knees. Her condition was a rare one that has no medical solution. She would not pass a day without dislocating up to three to four parts of her body.

Miss Nthabeleng was more of a special needs person by every sense of the word as she hardly survived a day without one form of intervention or the other. She could not write properly and was always unable to read as her eyes would dislocate without any prior warning. Her jaw bones would also dislocate, preventing her from making audible statements. Having been tormented by that legion of infirmities without any solution in sight, Miss Nthabeleng reckoned that coming to The SCOAN would be the best thing that would happen to her. She had been a passionate viewer of Emmanuel TV and was more than convinced her deliverance would come to pass at the Arena of Liberty.

Coming to The SCOAN alongside her aunt and uncle, both medical practitioners who have also experienced God’s power in the life of Prophet T.B. Joshua, Miss Nthabeleng received her healing and deliverance penultimate Sunday when the man of God laid hands on her as he ministered healing and prophecy to congregants. As soon as he touched her, she fell to the ground and vibrated uncontrollably for a couple of seconds – a sign that the Spirit of God was carrying out some spiritual operation in her system. By the time the vibration stopped, Miss Nthabeleng rose to her feet, thanking God for her healing.

During her testimony last Sunday, she recounted the horrible times she went through as a victim of that terrible condition. Excited that her near-hopeless condition has been reversed by the Holy Spirit, she told congregants that she is now hale and hearty as all those debilitating symptoms have been wiped away by the power of God. Now in her normal state and enjoying the new gifts of sound health and peace of mind, Miss Nthabeleng thanked God for bringing an end to a nightmare that had lived with her right from her childhood. On their part, both her aunt and uncle advised people to look up to God in times of trouble, adding that doctors only treat but God cures.

BRAIN TUMOUR CRUSHED

She had been diagnosed with a brain tumour after suffering from unexplained dizziness and tiredness. The condition degenerated to the extent that she could no longer function as a teacher. She struggled to live against all odds and was mostly indoors. Mrs Mpho Mantle suffered from memory loss, could not walk and was almost becoming a recluse until she decided to pray with Emmanuel TV. While watching the healing of a young man who had survived a fatal accident in which four other persons lost their lives, Mrs Mantle placed a demand on the anointing as Prophet T.B. Joshua laid hands on the young man. As soon as the young man received his healing, the woman from Botswana also declared herself free by standing up to walk on her feet.

After that day, she was able to do certain things which she found difficult in the past. With a renewed faith, she came to The SCOAN and had the opportunity to meet with the man of God at the Prayer Line. The man of God prayed for her, laid hands on her head and also gave her the Morning Water. When she returned to Botswana, she went straight to carry out tests to determine the state of her health. When the brain scan result was released, the 1.9cm-long tumour that had been diagnosed was nowhere to be found, to the bewilderment of the medical personnel.

Expressing her gratitude to God last Sunday, Mrs Mpho Mantle advised people all over the world to repose their trust in God, adding that if they imbibe the teachings of the man of God, they would benefit immensely from them.

YOKES OF HARDSHIP AND POVERTY BROKEN

Mr Ivaibi Festo is a clothier who imported clothes from Asia and other parts of the world. He was doing pretty well as a business man until challenges occasioned by certain unforeseen circumstances reared their ugly heads. He lost his goods to a demolition exercise and was a victim of armed robbery. Other factors also sapped them financially leading to serious financial hardship.

Three years into their challenges, Mrs Festo came across Emmanuel TV, while searching for divine help. When his wife told him about Emmanuel TV, he initially had his reservations. But because his wife would always watch the anointed channel with their television volume high, Mr Festo had no choice than to listen to the words and teachings of Prophet T.B. Joshua from the comfort of his living room. He eventually realised that he really needed to associate with the quality and depth of teachings and messages that the man of God was dishing out through Emmanuel TV. He was particularly encouraged by Prophet T.B. Joshua’s submission that faith is a spiritual currency. According to him, that was the turning point!

As husband and wife continued to watch Emmanuel TV, signs emerged that proved that God had not forsaken them. One day after praying with Emmanuel TV, Mrs Festo had a dream in which the man of God prayed for her and she vomited poisonous substances. According to Mr Festo, after that dream, things started looking up. Many of his suppliers who had forgotten him started calling him. Mr Festo would later meet a lady who gave him the Morning Water. 

Mr Festo has been blessed with a new lucrative business, cars for himself, his wife, his mother and his daughter who is barely two years old. Aside all the blessings God has doled out to his family, Mr Festo was also saved from an accident that would have taken his life but for divine intervention. According to a wash bay attendant whom he had taken the car to for washing, no one ever survived the kind of accident he was involved in, going by the condition of the car. “Keep praying to God because Jesus never said goodbye”, he advised during their testimony last Sunday.

BROKEN BONE FIXED WITHIN SECONDS OF AN ENCOUNTER WITH GOD

Dr Tagbo Atuanya was going about his medical profession without any hassles until he had an accident while inspecting his private clinic that was under renovation. He had fallen from a platform and sustained a traumatic fracture that saw his bone piercing through the skin on his leg, leaving him in a pool of blood. After that tragic incident, the man from Anambra State, Nigeria was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo in Taraba State, Nigeria. Incidentally, he is a senior doctor with the government facility. Having evaluated the degree of his injury, doctors attempted to fix his broken bone on three different occasions but each attempt ended in failure. Having gone through a series of sedation, Dr Atuanya was worn out.

After attempts to fix his fractured bone failed, the next option was to book him for surgery. Though, the idea of a surgery was not a bad one medically speaking, Dr Atuanya had personal reservations.

His wife had even asked God to cancel the idea of surgery if it was not going to be the best for her husband. After booking his surgery on a particular date, the orthopaedic surgeon eventually cancelled and postponed it to another day. That postponement convinced his wife that God did not want him to undergo the medical procedure. It was at that juncture that it dawned on husband and wife that they required a superior solution. Immediately, they boarded a flight and came to The SCOAN.

Dr Atuanya arrived at The SCOAN in a car alongside his wife. He was in pains with his leg wrapped in a large Plaster of Paris. Calling out to the man of God for help, Dr Atuanya knew that Prophet T.B. Joshua is a vessel through which God has been performing great miracles. And indeed he did, Prophet T.B. Joshua walked to Dr Atuanya who was inside a car outside the auditorium. Before laying hands on him, the man of God first delivered his wife and son.

Having delivered them, the man of God commanded Dr Atuanya’s broken bone to become whole again. In a matter of seconds, Dr Atuanya was up on his feet walking for the first time in a long while. According to him, as the man of God touched him, he felt a strong sensation from his head down through his legs and immediately stood up to walk. Thanking God instantly, Dr Atunaya in a feat of unbridled ecstasy walked his way into the auditorium as congregants burst into a paroxysm of loud ovation.

During his testimony last Sunday, in company of his wife, he told congregants that it was impossible for a grown man with a fractured bone to walk the way he did, if not for God. In medical practice, it would take at least ninety days for such to happen. But in his case, God was involved, hence, he was able to walk seconds after receiving prayers, in Jesus’ name.

Mrs Atuanya was passionately moved by the testimony of her husband. And as a living witness to the whole saga, she thanked God for relieving her of all those duties she had carried out while tending to her injured husband. She used the medium of the testimony to remind people all over the world about the superiority of God over every earthly convention. For her, what medical science had deemed impossible has been made possible by the Creator of the universe. On his part, Dr Atuanya advised people thus: “When you have a problem, run to God. Only God can do what man cannot do.”

BLOODY DEMONIC DEPOSIT EXPELLED BY THE ANGELIC FORCES OF HEAVEN

Mrs Caroline Nwaneri, a Johannesburg-based nurse of Nigerian descent, had been experiencing some strange feelings of general malaise characterised by body pains, severe headaches, tonsillitis and a persistent cough. These symptoms made life brutish for her as she could hardly sleep. Matters got so bad that her husband had to take over her basic responsibilities in their home. At some point, she started struggling with her breathing as it became short – an indication that something was amiss with her respiratory system. The family became worried as each and every medication she took failed to bring about any improvement.

One day, her mother drew her attention to a dream she had in which Prophet T.B. Joshua came to South Africa and blessed them. After that dream, her husband encouraged her to physically visit The SCOAN. Mrs Nwaneri was in the church auditorium penultimate Sunday as the man of God led the Mass Prayer in the mighty name of Jesus. As the spiritual battle raged on during that intense prayer session, chains were being loosed while yokes were also being lifted.

The man of God, in his prophetic hindsight, commanded every infirmity out of the congregants. Mrs Nwaneri suddenly started feeling electrical sensations all over her body. Before she could understand what was really going on, her nose was emitting what she described as demonic deposits of blood. As she emitted blood through her nose, she also vomited poisonous substances out of her system. Ever since that encounter with the power of God, Mrs Nwaneri is now feeling very well and could do all those things she had relinquished to her husband. Radiating so much joy and confidence in God during her testimony last Sunday, she left the following advice: “Have faith. Distance is not a barrier.”

PRAYING WITH EMMANUEL TV REVIVED ME FROM THE THROES OF DEATH

He had been shot in the head during a brawl in his community and had been in coma for three weeks in a hospital in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city. After three surgeries on him, in a bid to extract the bullet pellet from his head failed, he was referred for treatment in India. By this time, Chief Progress was already on a wheelchair. Soon after, watching Emmanuel TV, he prayed along with Prophet T.B. Joshua. After that prayer, the pellet that was buried in his head fell out on its own.

After the miraculous falling out of the bullet pellet from his head, Chief Progress decided to visit The SCOAN on a wheel chair. Arriving at The SCOAN, he cried to God, under one of the over-flow canopies, to make him walk, adding that he was not born with a wheelchair. After making that supplication, he stood up in faith and asked his sister to return the wheelchair to the hospital. And since that moment, he has been walking freely without any form of aid.

Testifying alongside some of his community people who also renounced their fetish ways, He advised people to embrace God.

The glorious atmosphere in the auditorium was given a powerful boost by the message of the man of God, ACTING ON THE WORD. Prophet T.B. Joshua urged Christians to spend quality time with the Word of God in order to allow it to permeate their hearts so that they would be empowered to bring the Son of God on the scene in times of urgent need: “You must give your quality time, strength, love to the Word of God.” Speaking further, the man of God pointed out that no matter how great our relationship with God would be, it must be tested through trials and temptations so that there would be mutual trust: “A relationship needs to be tested – it must go through good and hard times before it can be called a relationship.”

According to the man of God, as a Christian, “Crisis or situation is not your enemy but your friend. They are meant to promote you.” He added that “Situations are meant for our spiritual benefit, spiritual growth.” The man of God further emphasised that the spirit of man must be free before it can attract the Holy Spirit, hence the need for Christians to be happy even in the face of situations: “Sadness is not permitted by the Holy Spirit because He wants a free spirit to operate.”

Concluding, Prophet T.B. Joshua reminded Christians of the attack of satan against those who genuinely stand with God: “If you say you are a Christian, satan is coming to confirm whether you are a Christian in your heart.”

In an earlier message titled 5 LOAVES AND 2 FISH, Evangelist Catherine drew the attention of Christians to God’s overwhelming ability to bless them beyond their imagination, if only they abide by His will. According to her, “Jesus has all we need to succeed.” She further stressed the fact that all we need to do as Christians is to believe and act accordingly. She used Peter’s encounter with Jesus as an appropriate analogy: “After following the instruction of Jesus, Peter’s net began to break and his boat began to sink because what God had for him was so huge and massive.” She summed up her message in the following words: “The more you look to him, the more faith you will have in Him and attract his attention.”

LOST BUT FOUND BY THE OMNISCIENT SPIRIT OF GOD

Penultimate Saturday, the peace in his home had been tampered with by the devil. For inexplicable reasons, he returned home to discover that his mother-in-law was missing. According to Mr Chigozie Osinike, it was a very big burden that hung around his neck like the sword of Damocles. Owing to the way the Nigerian society receives news of missing persons with all sorts of insinuations, Mr Osinike knew he was in for a rough ride with what people would have to say. All search efforts aimed at locating the old woman failed to yield any results. Like a soap bubble that had distilled into thin air, she was nowhere to be found.

Both Mr Osinike and his son had contacted The SCOAN prayer and counselling lines and were assured that the old woman would be found. At about midnight of that fateful Saturday, he had vowed to unleash God’s power on the issue, telling everyone who cared that he was taking the matter to the Arena of Liberty. Arriving at The SCOAN the next day, being a Sunday, Mr Osinike tabled the matter before the evangelists who advised him to get the missing woman’s picture. Heeding their advice, he got the picture and settled into the auditorium, whispering to God to pull off the veil of shame that the matter was hoisting over his life.

As he continued to call on God, Prophet T.B. Joshua made his way into the auditorium and started ministering prayer to congregants. The man of God moved from seat to seat, laying hands on people. As he approached Mr Osinike’s location and directed his anointed hand towards persons in that area, something mysterious happened. At that point in time, Mr Osinike received a call all the way from the eastern part of Nigeria, informing him that his missing mother-in-law had been found in a Lagos suburb known as Iyana-SARS. That phone call was spot-on. According to Mr Osinike, the power of God in Prophet T.B. Joshua triggered the miracle.

During his testimony last Sunday in company of his wife, son and the lost-but-found mother-in-law, Mr Osinike expressed immense gratitude to God for restoring peace in his heart since the moment the missing woman was found. Urging people all over the world to put their trust in God, he declared that God is in every corner at the Arena of Liberty. On her part, Mrs Osinike also thanked God for using the anointing in the life of Prophet T.B. Joshua to help them find their missing mother. Mr Osinike left the following advice to people all over the world: “If you are in Christ, you are no longer condemned. Believe and serve Him wholeheartedly.”

WHEN JESUS IS INVOLVED, IT’S ALWAYS A WALK-OVER

After winning the American Diversity Lottery, Mrs Priscilla Osobase travelled to the United States. Being a nurse back in Nigeria, she reckoned it was worthwhile to practice her profession in the US and to do so, she needed to sit for a special examination. Usually a six-hour paper, the computer-generated examination was not an easy ride. In her first attempt, she failed and was not happy. Gathering herself together, she prepared herself for a second attempt. At that juncture, she had already told her father about her challenges with the examination. Even though he sent her the Morning Water, she did not pay serious attention to it.

It was after her second attempt ended in the same failure that she realised she had to tackle the problem headlong with the power of God. Through a friend’s encouragement, she started watching Emmanuel TV, praying along with the man of God. She also embraced the idea of ministering the Morning Water. When it was time for her to make a third attempt at the elusive qualifying examination, she placed a demand on the anointing through prayer and fasting and the ministration of the Morning Water. Few days to the date of the examination, Mrs Osobase had a dream in which it was revealed to her that she will pass the examination in flying colours.

On the day of the examination, she ministered the Morning Water on her hands and prayed along with Prophet T.B. Joshua before leaving for the venue. After the examination, just as she had seen in her dream, Mrs Priscilla Osobase passed in flying colours. It took her only forty-five minutes to break the jinx that had plagued her all the while. And since then, she has been a practicing nurse in the city of Michigan, USA. During her testimony last Sunday, she was full of joy as she thanked God for levelling the stumbling block that had almost stopped her from practising her profession in the United States. She urged people all over the world never to lean on their own understanding but to put all their trust in God.

HOW DISABILITY TURNED TO SUPER-ABILITY THROUGH CHRIST JESUS

Sometime in 2015, he had fallen from the stairs and had torn a tendon in his leg. Plagued by severe pains and inability to work, the Kenyan living in the United States was labelled disabled. Doctors, after evaluating his condition suggested that surgery would be the best bet for him. He was given a knee brace and some pain-killing medication but all amounted to a waste of time and effort. At their best, those palliatives provided only temporary relief. For Mr Fanuel Oloo, the development meant that he would not be able to continue with his job as a realtor, bearing in mind that people who sell houses do a lot of walking.

As he considered the options left to him, a friend introduced him to Emmanuel TV. Watching the anointed channel and seeing the wonderful miracles God is using Prophet T.B. Joshua to perform, his faith grew and inspired his decision to visit the Arena of Liberty. When he eventually visited The SCOAN, he proceeded to the Prayer Line where he had an unforgettable encounter with God. According to him, as soon as the man of God touched him, he experienced a black-out only to remember when the man of God tapped his leg. “When he touched my leg, it felt heavy. He then asked me to stand up and walk and since that moment I have been doing those things I could not do before”, he added.

Walking perfectly without any form of inhibition before the congregation, Mr Oloo thanked God for restoring his ability to walk and for enabling him to go back to his job. Beaming with a glorious smile, he had the following scriptural counsel for people all over the world: “Trust the Lord your God with all your heart: lean not unto your own understanding. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.”

AGE-LONG DEMONIC POISON EXPELLED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

For fifteen years, she had been eating in the dream. And whenever she wakes from such dreams, she would feel serious pains all over her body. She had thought that perhaps going to the hospital, would put an end to the pains but instead of abating, they became worse. Mrs Millicent Kumah had received all sorts of painkillers but her condition remained as it was. She could not walk long distances without complaining of fatigue.

Her doctors had concluded that the only way out would be an operation but the woman from Ghana refused. Confused and totally dejected about the development, she complained to a friend who advised her to watch Emmanuel TV. Though she was initially sceptical about watching the anointed channel with her friend’s persuasion, she started viewing the great and awesome works of God through His servant, Prophet T.B. Joshua.

By the time she realised that Emmanuel TV is a powerful and awe-inspiring medium, she regretted the fact that she did not come across the channel earlier. Mrs Kumah became very passionate about Emmanuel TV and made it an obligation to pray along with the man of God regularly. Having built her faith to an unflinching level, the next major thought in her mind was to visit The SCOAN. Penultimate Sunday, she was in the auditorium, all the way from her native Ghana to have an encounter with God.

During Mass Prayer, as the man of God commanded all sicknesses and infirmities out of the lives of congregants, Mrs Kumah placed one hand on her head and the other on her stomach. As the prayer intensified, she felt an object drop out of her mouth while she was vomiting blood. Prophet T.B. Joshua told congregants that she had eaten poison in her dream but due to the power of the anointing flowing around the auditorium, the Holy Spirit stepped in and caused her to vomit that fatal poison that had threatened her wellbeing for so long.

According to her, as soon as she finished vomiting the blood and the strange object, she felt a surge of renewed energy in her. All the pains also ceased immediately. During her testimony last Sunday, Mrs Kumah looked fresh, full of life and calm. She radiated sound health even as congregants joined her in thanking God for delivering her and restoring her health through the anointed touch of Prophet T.B. Joshua.

ADDICTION TO ALCOHOL WIPED AWAY BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS

Mr Osakwe had started drinking alcohol when he was just twenty years. He would sneak into his father’s room and make away with all sorts of alcoholic drinks which he usually drank in company of his friends. From there, his urge for drinking became an addiction. Sometimes, he would drink himself to stupor and get sick only to return to drinking whenever he recovered fully. When he eventually left Nigeria to Belgium, his addiction to alcohol became worrisome. He would drink himself comatose and would end up in the hospital.

There were times he would beat his wife because she refused to allow him to waste his money on alcohol. It never occurred to him that he was doing anything wrong. He simply felt that he was enjoying his life but unknown to him, there were malevolent forces which had made him become a slave to his ungodly passions. How do you explain a scenario where a man would use his house rent to drink alcohol not minding the consequences?

During a visit to his sister in Spain, she had found weed (marijuana) and cigarettes in his pocket and had expressed her reservations about his habits. That same night, he returned home drunk and stupefied. His apparently angry and disappointed sister decided to make an arrangement to get him the Morning Water all the way from Nigeria. She also introduced him to Emmanuel TV. When he received the Morning Water, he looked down on the anointed medium, thinking that it would go the way of all other failed efforts he had made in the past to get himself off the hook of liquor.

His sister kept encouraging him to use the Morning Water, against all odds. When he returned to Belgium, Mr Osakwe started watching Emmanuel TV and praying along with Prophet T.B. Joshua. Each time he prayed, he asked the Holy Spirit to uproot whatever was in him that was not planted by God. In a matter of days, he realised that his urge for alcohol had started waning. And to God be the glory, it got to a point that he stopped drinking and smoking completely. Testifying last Sunday, he told congregants that he now has peace in his home, adding that favour and breakthrough have been his portions ever since. He thanked God for delivering him from an addiction that almost destroyed his marriage.

ANAL CANCER ENCOUNTERS JESUS AND DISAPPEARS!

The pains were too much to bear. He could not even walk upright for long before bending down to gnash his teeth in pain. The protruding growth from his anus was an eyesore that prevented him from even wearing his trousers. It was so terrible that he had thought he would die. His mother had taken him to different hospitals but the suggestion of the doctors was categorically unpalatable. They had told his mother that an operation which would involve an outright cutting off of the growth was the only viable solution.

Rejecting the doctors’ suggestion with an air of finality, mother and son soon found another ‘solution’. This time, Friday was admitted into an herbal home where a woman gave him different concoctions to drink. Spending a couple of days there, he realised that his condition was not improving. Instead, the pains were escalating by the minute. Friday could not sleep for days. He would pass through the night standing and languishing in pains.

Returning to the hospital where he had earlier rejected the idea of an operation, he met a man who, on learning about his predicament, advised that he be taken to The SCOAN. According to him, when they arrived at The SCOAN, they were received with a sense of urgency by the ushers who ensured that they were attended to due to the severity of his case. With his anus protruding a cancerous growth, Friday yelled for help as the pains intensified. As soon as the man of God learnt about his case, he moved towards his direction outside the auditorium and laid his anointed hand on him. Commanding the anus cancer to disappear, the man of God tapped him twice on the head. And that was it!

During his testimony last Sunday, Friday told congregants that while the man of God was praying for him, he felt a sensation as if the protruding anus was being pushed back by a force he could not see. After that prayer, he received the Morning Water which he was advised to minister on the particular spot where the growth was. After some days, the protruding anal cancer disappeared together with the pains and discomfort it had caused for the young man.

Thanking God in company of his mother last Sunday, Mr Friday Igbaifua advised people all over the world to have the faith that Jesus heals, no matter the magnitude of the ailment. His mother virtually rolled on the floor, expressing her gratitude to God for saving her son from an ailment that almost took his life.

DELIVERED FROM DEMONIC MANIPULATION

He had been a thorn in the flesh of his parents. Very stubborn, he would confront his parents whenever they tried to correct or scold him for any wrongdoing. His addiction to pornography had even threatened his studies much to the disappointment of his parents. According to Samuel, he had a load of problems which included having a spirit wife and mingling with bad friends. At a point, he fell out with his father who stopped paying for his tuition. Because of his misdemeanours, his father had threatened to divorce his mother. The crisis between him and his father climaxed when he was driven out of the house and had to put up with a friend.

Life with his friend was full of freedom. His friend was the unserious type who derived so much pleasure from going to clubs, drinking and smoking. Somehow, his father recalled him from ‘exile’ after listening to Prophet T.B. Joshua’s teaching about the consequences of holding onto offence. When he returned, he apologised to his father, even though the apology was not from his heart. At about this time, he was expecting his West African Examinations Council result for the Senior Secondary Certificate Exams. When the results were released, his were withheld.

By the time his results were eventually released, they had been cancelled. The development hit him hard psychologically. His mother was disappointed, having spent so much on his education. It was at this juncture that his father decided that the young man needed deliverance. Having concluded plans for a visit to The SCOAN, Samuel was brought into the picture. Though he protested the suddenness of the journey to Lagos, he could not resist the workings of the Spirit of God who was behind all the processes that led to his deliverance.

Samuel received his deliverance after the demon tormenting him was cast out by Prophet T.B. Joshua. The demon had confessed all the evil it had wrought in the life of Samuel, causing him to be rude, angry and stubborn. Even his addiction to pornography was the handiwork of the demon. After his deliverance, he came back last Sunday for his testimony accompanied by his parents and siblings. Thanking God for their son’s deliverance, his parents narrated the ordeal they went through, trying to make their son a better person. On his part, Samuel apologised to his parents for his past misdemeanours instigated by the demon. As a new and changed person, Samuel said he no longer dreams of having sex with women. Describing him as now respectful, his parents advised that: “We should caution our children when they are wrong and not love them above God.”

 

The atmosphere smacked of the highest levels of joy and glory as congregants joined the choir in singing and dancing great tunes of praise and worship. Nationals of different countries, waving their flags, radiated unequalled confidence in the ability of God to turn their situations around. Their faith was visible in the passionate way they conducted themselves throughout the duration of the service.

Just back from the Holy Land, Prophet T.B. Joshua took congregants on a visual excursion into his remarkable experiences in Israel. For about ten minutes, congregants watched clips of his sojourn broadcast on Emmanuel TV and how he was well received by the Mayors of Jerusalem, Tiberias, the Jordan Valley and other important dignitaries.

Speaking about how his mission of reaching out to a troubled world had gone ahead of him to Israel, he said, “We serve God with our lives but you believe you serve God with the Bible; you seem to forget that your life preaches better, not your mouth. Your life can preach a better sermon than your mouth.”

The prophet explained how in his 30 years of ministry, he has decided to follow the path of love and encouraged all listening to him to take from his example by not destroying any relationship beyond repair. “Today, you destroy relationship beyond repair because of situation. The person you see as very bad today, may be the savior tomorrow. I will never destroy a relationship beyond repair because I know tomorrow.”

After his words, the man of God was moved by the Spirit to minister prayer and prophecy among the people gathered. People used their faith to put a demand on the anointing of God that heals, saves, delivers and blesses. Their demands were abundantly supplied as the man of God informed the congregation the anointing was in the house and that anointing was the power of God. The lame walked, sick were healed and those with diverse medical conditions received freedom from the pain and discomfort that had wracked their bodies for years, at the name of Jesus Christ.

Then, during the Mass Prayer, the prophet sent forth the Word of God to the four corners of the globe to command out any forces of the antichrist from the lives of those under the influence of the anointing. Here are just a few testimonies of what God’s power did that very day, as it has been doing and will continue to do.

STIFF NECK BOWS TO THE NAME “JESUS”

For ten years, Mr Adegoke Adeboye had lived with excruciating pains after he had been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis which in turn led to a stiff neck. He could not turn his neck without coming under a heavy sting of pain. The condition left him almost unable to do anything worthwhile. The painkillers were also not offering enough relief. The indigene of Oyo State, Nigeria had no choice other than to live his life on the assistance of people around. Adorning a neck collar, the debilitating condition forced him to seek for divine intervention at the Arena of Liberty. Last Sunday, he was among the multitude of people whom God used Prophet T.B. Joshua to heal of different ailments and infirmities.

Apparently under severe pains, Mr Adeboye cried out aloud, asking the man of God to lay his anointed hand on him. As the man of God moved amidst the congregation, pulling down mountains of problems, he stopped where the crying man stood and tapped his head, commanding his stiff neck to obey the power in the mighty name of Jesus. Immediately, the pains disappeared while the overexcited man kept thanking Jesus for bringing a glorious end to a sad and painful episode of his life. And for the first time in ten years, Mr Adeboye could turn his neck as he pleased. “Focus on God and believe in Jesus Christ”, he advised as he concluded his testimony.

MENSTRUATION RESTARTED AFTER ONE TOUCH FROM HEAVEN

Like a shrub that had lost its bloom, she had lived for many years without menstruating. After enduring the aberration for a long while,

Mrs Tina Mukuna came to The SCOAN last Sunday, all the way from Burundi. She was in the auditorium when the man of God began to lay hands on the congregation. The intensity of God’s power was heavily felt as many who were not even touched by the man of God still received their healing. Mrs Mukuna was among those who received a touch from the man of God and she was located by the abundant power from the Throne of Grace.

According to her, after the touch, she felt an unusual rumble in her stomach. As she would later discover, the menstrual flow which satan had obstructed was eventually set free by the Holy Spirit. Checking herself in one of the toilets, she found herself menstruating heavily for the first time in several years. It was a moment of great respite for her as she praised the name of God and the congregation burst into jubilation, applauding the wondrous healing made in Heaven.

LITTLE MIRACLE RECEIVES A BIG MIRACLE!

Miss Khubai Miracle from South Africa, though just 13 years old was tragically unable to walk after developing a muscular skeletal problem after being beaten in school. The little girl explained that if her mother was not there to help her, she would urinate or defecate on herself as she was unable to move. She was unable to go to school and was in constant pain. Her mother, after taking her from hospital to hospital in different countries, finally decided that the only solution the case of her only child was God Almighty and she determined to bring her to The SCOAN.

Arriving in a vehicle and crying out for the mercy of God, Miracle was about to live up to her name! It was truly a miracle that moved the world as after the prayer of Prophet T.B. Joshua, she stood up straight and started walking! She said that she felt the chain that was locking her legs was broken at the prayer of the man of God. “I can now do all things by myself” said Miracle with a beaming smile as she demonstrated her healing. She advised the world to always believe that God is by your side and He will change your life. “You should always have faith in God and believe in Him”, she advised.

 

THE HEART OF A JUDGE IS IN GOD’S HAND

Pastor Misheck Ngalande and a fellow minister were accused of indecent assault by two women. The matter was scandalous as they were later arrested by police officers. After interrogation, the two pastors’ defence did not appeal to the police officers and so, the next move was to charge the matter to court. The Zambian pastors were remanded in a police cell for three days with no offer of bail. But in the midst of their pains, solace came through a woman who brought them the Morning Water on returning from her visit to The SCOAN.

The news of their detention had spread like wild fire across Zambia and even beyond in countries like Malawi and Tanzania. The media in those countries was awash with their case. The woman who returned from The SCOAN brought the Morning Water and gave some to them, assuring them that they would be released if they ministered it in prayer. That night, after ministering the Morning Water, Pastor Ngalande had a dream in which Prophet T.B. Joshua appeared and found them in chains. According to him, the man of God ordered the chains to be broken in the mighty name of Jesus and that was how the pastors were freed in that dream. His colleague also had a dream in which he saw that the judge that would handle their case would be a woman. According to his colleague, if the judge was a man, the judgement would be unfavourable. But if it was a woman, it would be favourable. Pastor Ngalande however insisted that God had already secured their freedom, irrespective of the gender of the judge.

When they were brought to the court, it turned out that the judge was a woman and a government judge for that matter. That day, they were released on bail to the tune of three thousand Zambian Kwachas. As soon as the bail was perfected, the woman who gave them the Morning Water told them to ensure they always had the anointed Good Morning Sticker in their pockets. The two pastors took the advice seriously. All through the trial period, they had the anointed material in their pockets. When trial commenced, there was confusion amongst the complainants; they just could not agree. It was sign that the God of T.B. Joshua was at work, putting confusion in the midst of the accusers of the brethren.

It was at the height of that confusion that the court was adjourned for two months. Many people who were in the court concluded that the case was suspect as they witnessed the confusion amongst the complainants. When the day for judgement came, the two pastors were discharged and acquitted on all the counts. According to Pastor Ngalande, the ministration of the Morning Water coupled with the use of the Good Morning Sticker brought about their victory. Testifying last Sunday, in company of his wife, he made it clear that, but for the Morning Water and the Good Morning Sticker, they would have been sentenced to eighteen years’ imprisonment. “Whenever the Morning Water comes to your hand, just know your problems have come to an end”, he added.

 

MULTIPLE FIBROIDS BURST OUT

A woman smiling from ear to ear was keen to share her testimony of the surge of God’s healing power that had fallen upon her during the service. Mrs Olubunmi Odeh described how she had been wracked with pain in her abdomen for several years owing to the problem of multiple fibroids which had filled her womb. She came to The SCOAN with her husband and believed that with her faith, she would be able to put a demand on the anointing of God. As the man of God passed her seat, he touched her head and it was as if an electricity pole had fallen upon her. She began to react to the shocks of the Holy Spirit as He melted the problems in her womb. After her encounter, she felt something release within her and rushed to the toilet where she saw the multiple fibroids had started coming out of her body. The SCOAN camera crew hurried to the scene and were able to capture the moment as several of the fibroids dropped out of her body covered in blood and fluids.

When it was all over, the unmask-able smile of freedom was written across her face and she started pressing her stomach, now pain free! Back in the church, Mrs Odeh testified how her stomach which had been hard and tender to touch was now light and free. She pressed all over her abdomen joyfully, demonstrating that there was no more pain. She testified that people should believe that they too can put a demand on the anointing of God by faith and they would receive a touch from the power of God as she had.

Aware that satan is never resting in his bid to destroy God’s heritage on earth, Prophet T.B. Joshua was led by the Holy Spirit to locate the spiritually-oppressed and to declare them free in the mighty name of Jesus. As he laid hands on the congregation, many were emancipated from demonic oppression while those who had been suffering from all forms of career setbacks were redeemed, restored and blessed abundantly. It was indeed another bad day for the kingdom of darkness as all its plans were truncated by the power of the Living God.

Admonishing Christians on the need to nurture their belief in a manner devoid of any form of worry, Prophet T.B. Joshua observed that many claim to believe whereas their mind is restless. He therefore submitted that it is not possible for one to say that he/she believes when the heart is not at rest. The man of God noted that if your heart is not at rest, it shows you have not truly believe adding that whenever you truly believe, your heart will be at rest.”

The man of God also noted that true believing confers on the believer the ability to express his/her faith, adding that anyone who cannot express his/her faith is definitely not a believer: “You say you a believer but don’t know how to express your faith. that shows you don’t truly believe. I am a believer – but cannot talk to God, hear from God. It’s only faith you can apply to hear from God and talk to Him. it means your belief is questionable.”

Concluding, he advised Christians to continue to see God as reliable and real, adding that by so doing, our faith increases naturally: “For faith to increase, you must continue to see that God is reliable, real. That is the basis of faith. He’s real – you rely on Him. He’s reliable – you follow Him. He is wiser than you, smarter than you.”

THE PRESENTATION OF EVIL, Evangelist Bose had told Christians that their status as children of God does not mean they are above mistakes. She however reminded them that, by virtue of their relationship with God, they are not like others who are still miles away from the Father: “That you are a Christian does not mean you will not make mistakes; even if you are a born-again Christian, that does not mean you will not make mistakes. Mistakes will come but you are not like others… The difference between you and others is that you already have a relationship with God Almighty…”

Summing up her message, she told Christians the reason they will never lose their place as His children even when they sin against Him. According to her, our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ is always there interceding on our behalf: “When you sin or make mistake as a Christian, you have broken the relationship but you do not lose your place as a son. Why? We have someone at the right hand of God, interceding, who remains ever faithful. That is why your place as a son is not lost. Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ wants you back on your feet because He is a faithful God.”

AILING LUNGS RECEIVE GOD’S BREATH OF LIFE

Like two failed aircraft engines ominous of a crash, her lungs had been rendered ineffective due to a condition known as fibrosis. In spite of India’s surging reputation as a world power in the medical sciences, all efforts to get a solution for her problem proved futile. Being a vital element of the human system, oxygen, when obstructed due to any condition, could lead to dire consequences, including sudden death. Mrs Marie Monis could not breathe due to her ailing lungs. And their inability to effectively oxygenate her system also led to other problems such as her inability to walk.

To live artificially, a special oxygen machine was recommended for her. But even with the machine, she knew in her heart that it was not going to be a hundred percent okay. She had no other choice than to seek the face of God. In doing that, she reckoned that a visit to The SCOAN would be the beginning of her healing and triumph over a medical condition that had wrecked her entire wellbeing.

Attending The SCOAN Sunday service on April 23, 2017, she had an encounter with the Spirit of God. Eager to set herself free from the debilitating grip of her condition, Mrs Monis called out to the man of God as he ministered healing and deliverance to congregants. Her voice, a blend of anguish and anxiety, attracted the attention of Prophet T.B. Joshua who was led by the Holy Spirit to the position where she was. As soon as the man of God laid his anointed hand on her, the woman found herself on the floor, lost in a world she could only imagine.

Recounting that glorious experience during her testimony, she told congregants that she really did not know what happened to her as she laid on the floor, vomiting all the accumulated phlegm in her lungs. According to her, when she eventually got up to her feet, she felt light and energised as opposed to her previously frail nature prior to the healing. Walking with renewed agility to the admiration and applause of the congregation, Mrs Monis declared her healing in grand style, thanking God for healing her in Jesus’ name. “I’m feeling so great. My mighty Lord has healed me”, she exclaimed. She advised people not to believe in doctors, adding that, the Lord is the Doctor of doctors!

 

CEASED MENSTRUATION FORCED OUT OF ‘SABBATICAL’ BY THE ANOINTING

Since 2013, one of the signs of true womanhood had ceased to exist in her. For reasons she could not understand, her menstrual cycle had stopped abruptly, forcing her to part with a lot of money as she visited many hospitals in search of a permanent solution. Rose did not find her condition funny. Worse still, she had kept the problem to herself as a top secret, thinking she would become a laughing stock and also hoping to stumble on a way out on her own. But the more she tried to rely on self-effort, the more confused she became. Her entire quest to unfold the mysteries behind her problem only ended in a mirage as there were no clues as to what was actually wrong with her.

At some point, infections set in, owing to the inability of her reproductive organs to excrete unwanted blood through menstruation. Her visits to hospitals only left her broke and added no value to her situation. Confounded, worried and uncertain about the next move to make, Rose was left with no other option than to heed the perennial advice of her brother who had been harping on the need for her to visit The SCOAN.

Last Sunday, the Edo State of Nigeria indigene attended the church service in expectation of God’s intervention. As Prophet T.B. Joshua ministered healing and deliverance to the congregation, the mighty hand of God touched her. “When the man of God was praying, something touched me and the blood started flowing. Both the head and stomach aches have disappeared. Thank you Jesus!”, she declared. During her testimony, she told congregants how she had been mocked by her peers who boasted to have had their children while she was unable to conceive. She however thanked God for using Prophet T.B. Joshua to rewrite the story of her destiny in Jesus’ mighty name.

CAREER-THREATENING INJURIES OBEY HEAVEN’S COMMAND

A very talented player, Mr Angel Gomes had established himself in the Manchester United Under 17 Academy only for injuries to threaten his progress as a professional footballer. One thing which he found unacceptable was the fact that those injuries usually rear their ugly heads at very crucial times in his career. He has had to undergo treatments for groin, hip and ankle injuries recently, albeit, the treatments could not guarantee a hundred percent fitness.

As nagging as they had been, his elder sister knew that they would not escape the anointing at the Arena of Liberty and so, one of the best gifts she would ever give him was to accompany him to The SCOAN, even though he had been acquainted with the ministry for a while. As captain of the England Under 17 male football team, Mr Gomez is no doubt an important part of the team’s success. He was therefore in an urgent need of God’s help. During the last Sunday service, Angel was among the multitude that received healing as Prophet T.B. Joshua ministered prayer and deliverance to the congregation. Declaring that it was awesome being a partaker of that memorable service, he told congregants that he felt something akin to an electrical shock as the man of God laid a hand on his head.

“My legs are feeling much stronger now. The pain in my hip and groin is gone. The pain in my angle is going also”, he said during his testimony in company of his older sister. Jogging before the congregation, he no longer showed any sign of being unfit. “Don’t doubt God; have faith and look unto Him”, he advised as he hinted that he was going straight to join the English Under 17 squad for the European Championship Qualifiers.

A LEGION OF INFIRMITIES BOW TO GOD’S POWER

Mr Ebong Clement had been bombarded by different ailments that forced him to resort to the use of a crutch. High blood pressure, partial stroke, excess cholesterol and diabetes made him almost unable to walk as he resorted to the use of heavy medications which ended up not helping matters. Aside from the many hospitals he had been to, he also patronised traditional healers but they failed to proffer any solution. For the Cameroonian, his business was worse-hit as he could not run around to tidy up deals. Having tried all options available, Mr Clement decided to visit The SCOAN. He was in the auditorium during the last Sunday service and received the anointed touch of Prophet T.B. Joshua.

According to him, his healing came almost as spontaneously as congregants started to celebrate even before the man of God prayed for him. And so, by the time, he was ordered to rise and walk, he obeyed and walked without aid for the first time in a long while. Testifying in company of his friend who is a medical personnel, Mr Clement glorified God for healing him even at a point when he was planning to travel to Italy for better medical attention. Even his friend, confessed that he had known the reputation of The SCOAN long ago, adding that as a medical personnel, he only treats while God heals. He added that any nurse or doctor who does anything without God would not succeed. “When you seek the face of God, you will get the solution”, added Mr Clement as he beamed with ebullient smiles.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE/AUTOMATIC EMPLOYMENT THROUGH PROPHETIC GUIDANCE

Having been imbibing the teachings and counsels of Prophet T.B. Joshua, Mr Bestman Odey had always nurtured an optimistic mind-set – to be the best he can be at all times. As a worker in the Youth Department of The SCOAN as well as a chorister in the ministry’s choir, he has always seen an interaction with the man of God as a rare privilege and has also drawn great inspiration from the wise words of the man of God. During one of the meetings with the man of God at the prayer mounting, the youths were inundated with information concerning an academic window of opportunity through a professor from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Being an aspiring youth with remarkable appetite for success, Bestman keyed into that window of opportunity and was selected as one of the candidates to study for a diploma in Linguistics at the prestigious Nigerian institution of higher learning. While studying for the diploma course, Prophet T.B. Joshua ensured that Bestman did not lack anything. Aside from sponsoring his studies, the man of God made ample provision for his accommodation, feeding and general wellbeing. The investment paid off eventually as Bestman went ahead to graduate with an Upper Credit Diploma in Linguistics.

Poised for the attainment of higher pedestals in his academic aspirations, the young man from Delta State, Nigeria, enrolled for his degree programme in the same institution. According to him, the scholastic journey was not a stroll in the park. Remembering the words of Prophet T.B. Joshua that the journey to the throne is not a bed of roses, Bestman gathered himself together to face all the challenges that stared him in the face with the gusto of unrestrained youth. Reverting to the man of God from time to time, for spiritual direction and guidance in the face of the vicissitudes of life, the young man soldiered on like the true son of God’s General. Every valley of lack and confusion that arose was levelled through the fatherly intervention of Prophet T.B. Joshua.

At the end of his studies, Bestman graduated with a First Class Honours in Linguistics – a rare feat amongst the youth of today, most of who prefer to chase the ephemeral pleasures of life. No doubt, Bestman has not only done himself and his family proud. He has also proved to be a true ambassador of The SCOAN – a ministry of international repute, raising sons and daughters of love with a great future. Indeed, all is well that ends well!

Testifying last Sunday, in company of his mother and the God-given professor that created the opportunity for him to excel, Bestman told congregants that he has been offered employment as a Graduate Assistant in the same institution. He remembered the peer pressure that almost scuttled his illustrious ambition and how he was able to triumph through the counsels of Prophet T.B. Joshua. He also recalled how he was able to overcome a nagging headache that often reared its ugly head whenever examination time approached. “Be focused and determined. Don’t allow your situation to weigh you down, no matter what you are passing through; no matter the names people will be calling you, don’t get discouraged. Focus on God. Focus on your studies and always remember that the best is yet to come”, he advised youths all over the world.

A SPIRIT HUSBAND’S REGIN ENDED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS

She was a hard nut to crack for her husband to the extent that he once harboured thoughts of leaving the house for her. She had no regards for him, sometimes accusing him of running after women. There was a near-fatal occasion when she wanted to seize the motor steering from him while he was on very high speed. Mrs Yvonne Rapati did not even consider the fact that her husband is a police officer who could use his office to deal with her. She threw caution to the winds and held sway as the ‘man of the house’. At a point, she had tried to wrest his gun from him and shoot him but for divine intervention.

Unknown to the South African woman, she had been under the influence of an evil spirit, a spirit husband, which had turned her into a play thing. Even though she acknowledged being born into a fetish family both on the maternal and paternal sides, she never had an inkling that her words and actions were controlled by an extraneous force. While her husband maintained a peaceful mien, Yvonne was always on the lookout for trouble. She was a habitual trouble shooter, who even in the presence of visitors would shout her husband down as though he was her houseboy. Her children were also at the receiving end of her hostile nature. She would talk to them in very harsh tones as if they were strangers to her.

In spite of her unbecoming attitude to her husband, he was not totally pessimistic about her. He had always thought that perhaps, the mighty hands of God would locate her someday. While her husband was looking up to God for help, Yvonne would boast that even if she comes to The SCOAN, she will never manifest. She spoke with unbridled effrontery that sometimes sent shivers down the spine of her husband. All his efforts to get intimate with her, as husband and wife are wont to do, ended up in frustration. She would not even allow him to touch her. Most times, they slept apart, leaving Mr Rapati perpetually married to his pillow. He really needed to express his love and affection for his wife but as things stood then, it was as if he was looking at the Promised Land but could not find his way through.

Mrs Rapati would abandon the house chores to her husband to the extent that he would have to bathe the children. It was so bad that he even cooked his meals. Whenever he queried her, she would complain of tiredness. According to Mr Rapati, he was virtually reduced to a prisoner in his own house. For those twelve years of frustration in his marriage, he had endured so much from his wife. Describing his wife as a very good woman when they first met, he however wondered how things took a turn for the worse. He recalled that his wife transmuted into a slave driver after they had their first child, adding that she often got angry after listening to gossips from people who told her negative things about him.

Being an ardent viewer of Emmanuel TV, Mr Rapati was acquainted with the teachings of the man of God concerning forgiveness. He therefore decided to imbibe those teachings rather than react negatively to his wife’s overbearing attitude. But for God, he had once planned to axe his own mother to death on account of some top secrets she had revealed to his estranged wife about him. It got to an extent that he could no longer bear the psychological trauma emanating from his crumbling marriage. It was at that juncture that he decided they would travel to The SCOAN. Her actions, being tele-guided by an evil spirit, Mrs Rapati had said she was going to relax in her sister’s house as their journey to The SCOAN approached. Somehow, the power of God prevailed and the couple eventually landed at The SCAON.

During penultimate Sunday service, she was located by the man of God as he ministered prayer and prophecy during the church service. Manifesting the evil spirit that had held her life hostage, the woman who once boasted that she would never manifest even if she comes to The SCOAN, came under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Confessing through her, the evil spirit enumerated how it had tormented her in her career and marriage.

Taking authority in the mighty name of Jesus, the man of God commanded the evil spirit out while Yvonne landed on the floor. When she eventually rose to her feet, it was obvious that a burden has been lifted off her shoulder. Thanking God during her testimony, together with her husband, Yvonne expressed joy for the new-found love in their marriage. She advised people all over the world to desist from fetish associations and put their trust in God.

PROSTATE CANCER HEALING CROWNED WITH ABUNDANT BLESSING

In 2004, Mr Chris Okafor had noticed that while urinating, his urine would not come out at once. The flow was epileptic. Confronted with that ominous reality, he consulted his doctor who recommended a series of tests. The results of the tests confirmed that he had a tumour in his prostate. According to the doctor, the cancer was already spreading to other parts of his body. That piece of bad news jolted Mr Okafor. Suddenly, he started emaciating while his complexion also darkened. The greatest challenge he faced was that he had to be patient whenever he was urinating because the fluid would not flow normally. It came and ceased intermittently.

Having been to a couple of hospitals, including one in India, Mr Okafor visited The SCOAN where he received prayers from the man of God. He received both the Morning Water and the Good Morning Sticker. Ministering the anointed materials to the areas where his ailing prostate was located, he believed that God would turn his situation around. In a matter of weeks, the symptoms he was experiencing started disappearing gradually. As at last Sunday when he testified to his healing, all those symptoms were and are no more. Further tests also showed that there is no more cancer in his body.

According to him, the prayer of Prophet T.B. Joshua actually stopped the spread of the cancer. His submission stems from the fact that all the tests both in Nigeria and India are unanimous in their report that there is no longer any trace of cancer in his body. Displaying his recent medical reports before congregants, Mr Okafor was filled with joy and gratitude to God for using Prophet T.B. Joshua to heal him of an ailment that is usually very difficult to cure or manage.

Mr Okafor also testified to the casting away of the yoke of barrenness from his life when he visited The SCOAN many years back. Today, he is a proud father of four kids. Aside from his elevation to a Nigerian representative of an international company, Mr Okafor is also blessed with two massive houses in his own town. All that happened after prayers with the man of God and ministering the Morning Water. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and everything shall be added to you”, he advised.

RESCUED FROM DEATH THROUGH PROPHETIC INTERVENTION

After his secondary school, Pascal was learning a trade with his elder brother and was doing well before the devil lured him into the business of the underworld. Buying into a friend’s idea about traveling abroad, he had stolen his brother’s money (Three hundred thousand naira) and had planned to use it to pay his way abroad until the plan hit the bricks and eventually and left him stranded in Abuja where he hooked up with bad friends who helped him squander the money as they went clubbing and engaging in all sorts of prodigal behaviours. While he was away, members of his family were not finding his absence funny. They even insinuated that his elder brother was planning to use him for a money-making ritual.

The same brother would eventually track him to Abuja to lure him back to their hometown. After receiving some punishment for his misdemeanour, Pascal absconded from home and pitched his tent at a motor park where he became involved with a gang. Alongside members of the gang he met at the motor park, he became acquainted with the hideout of armed robbers and the places where they kept their ammunition after every operation. He had bidden his home goodbye and nothing in this world would bring him back. With time, he became the robbers’ arms keeper and ran many errands for them.

Pascal later partook of a couple of robbery operations both successful and unsuccessful. Along with his gang, he would rob passengers on interstate journeys. But for the fact that he also harboured some passion for education, he struggled to get admission into a polytechnic in 2001. As soon as he joined the polytechnic, he got initiated into the Supreme Vikings Confraternity. He underwent Initiation Through Torture (ITT) – a nocturnal ritual meant to harden the minds of initiates. His initiation into that cult group exposed him to different types of sophisticated weapons and assorted charms both for protection and bullet impenetrability.

One day, Paschal met his waterloo after a failed robbery operation in which he was arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Enugu State, Nigeria. After interrogating him alongside another gang member whose identity he could not reveal to the security operatives due to the oath of secrecy which they had sworn to, Pascal was taken to another location by the police and shot three times – with the bullets piercing his armpit region and coming out on the other side. He was presumed dead by the police who left him in a pool of his blood.

But like a Spartan, the Anambra State-born rose to his feet when it dawned on him that he was no longer under any surveillance. Escaping to Republic of Benin, Pascal took time to treat his bullet wounds under the watchful eyes of his elder brother who is now a minister of God. All efforts to lay his hands on a gainful venture proved abortive and in an attempt to rid himself of those haunting memories of his ungodly past, he visited The SCOAN penultimate Sunday and was located through prophetic insight by the man of God who also traced the root-cause of his problem to the family. According to the prophecy, he would soon be shot dead if he didn’t surrender himself to God.

Pascal received his deliverance in the mighty name of Jesus. The jubilant congregation was so happy that a lost sheep has finally been reunited with his Father through Prophet T.B. Joshua. Declaring that he is now a new creation, the man of God promised to help the repentant young man nurture his new-found freedom from sin and sorrow. According to Prophet T.B. Joshua, the ministry would do the needful to make Paschal continue to shine in the refulgent glory of a new life made possible by the unending mercies of God through His son Jesus Christ.

It was a power-packed Easter service that saw the man of God lay hands on congregation even up to the late hours of the night. Because of the multitude of people who worshipped, Prophet T.B. Joshua was moved by compassion and was led by the Holy Spirit to attend to everyone. Healing, deliverances and blessings were released from Heaven as the man of God prayed with the congregation during the Mass Prayer. The testimonies were too many to be counted – a signal that the power of God never departs from the Arena of Liberty.

Speaking on FORGIVENESS AND UNFORGIVENESS – the main reason Christ died on the Cross, the man of God warned Christians not to allow themselves to fall into the trap of unforgiveness, stressing that man’s spirit – if it is not free, cannot contact the Spirit of God. He said, “Many Christians today are victims of the trap of unforgiveness. Many of us have never felt the presence of God, they just use ideas. Many of us have never felt the presence of God due to years of holding unforgiveness – griefs, grudges, pain of the past, bitterness or resentment in their heart. An unforgiving spirit will put you in the dark, outside God. Whether you are right or wrong, you don’t have a right to hold the pain.”

He stressed that we must learn to forgive ourselves so that we would be able to forgive others. He maintained that a man does not give what he does not have, “Someone may have done horrible things to offend you but for you to receive God, you must forgive. How will you forgive? First, learn to forgive yourself. Then, you can forgive others. What you do not have, you cannot give to others. Everybody hurts somewhere. You must give them another chance”.

Concluding, Prophet T.B. Joshua left a very deep message to Christians, “Many who are better than you or live right better than you are in the graveyard. Their dreams hit the rock of disappointment. You are looking, sitting and talking freely. Jesus never disconnects Himself from those who have made mistakes with their lives. Your accuser, offender or enemy – give them another chance”.

In an earlier message, titled A NEW LIFE, Evangelist Yinka had admonished Christians to free their hearts and use the commemoration of Christ’s resurrection as a time for reconciliation and repentance. She said, “When we talk of the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ, we are talking of the rare opportunity He has given to all believers to experience a new life, a new beginning – that is an opportunity to be released from the captivity of satan and sin. Freedom from offence comes from knowing the truth. Offence produces bitterness, hatred and envy but your ability to see beyond your present situation frees you from the trap of satan”. She added that no matter what a person is going through, as soon as he or she embraces Jesus, he or she will become winners. She summed up the importance of her message with the following admonition, “Don’t forget, to release forgiveness to your offender might be a hard thing to do but it is the way to break satan’s hold over your life”.

TESTIMONIES

HEALED, ELEVATED AND OVERWHELMED BY DIVINE GRACE

He had vowed never to come to The SCOAN even though his wife had been an Emmanuel TV Partner since 2013. Most times, when she watched Emmanuel TV, he would either change the channel or go to another room to feed his viewing appetite with whatever pleased him. Dr Chiteba had told his wife that rather than follow her to The SCOAN, he would prefer to visit the Vatican. Somehow, as his wife’s travelling time approached, the Lusaka-based Zambian changed his mind and decided to follow his wife to The SCOAN. About that time, he had a medical condition, high blood pressure for which he needed an urgent solution. For 13 years, that medical condition had stolen the peace in his heart.

But his eventual visit to The SCOAN in company of his wife brought a new lease of life. After attending a Sunday Service and enjoying the Spirit-filled fellowship, he proceeded to the Prayer Line where God had another refreshing package for him. At the Prayer Line, Dr Chiteba received the anointed touch of Prophet T.B. Joshua. He had expected something to happen after the man of God touched him but the whole thing played out as if the man of God didn’t even touch him. The Zambian and his wife continued to pray.

That night, he took a decisive step, declaring that he was healed and that he no longer needed the medication he had been taking. His confidence and faith arose from the fact that he had not taken the medication throughout the day leading to that historic night. And true to his faith-filled declaration, Dr Chiteba had not taken the medication since 2015 when he visited up to this very moment. His total healing has indeed been confirmed by the God who created Heaven and earth. Subsequent tests to ascertain his blood pressure level showed that it was and is still very normal.

Dr Chiteba also testified to his rescue from career stagnation. According to him, he had been in a particular work position for more than 10 years without promotion. As an Information Technology professional, most of his colleagues had overtaken him on the career ladder and he couldn’t understand why life was treating him in a malevolent way. In spite of his eminent educational attainments, he still could not rise above a certain position. But one day, he dared the odds with absolute faith in God. There was a very big opening in his organisation but the challenge was that the position was usually an exclusive reserve for foreigners.

His friends and acquaintances who looked at things from their limited human faculties told him to forget about applying for that position, arguing that it was unprecedented for a local to be offered that position. Dr Chiteba would not make their suggestions the basis for his own decision. Rather than dance to their discouraging tunes, he went home and prayed about the whole process, committing it into God’s Hands. In his heart, he harboured that indomitable conviction that the position was befitting for him. Teaming up with his wife, he prayed to God fervently, stressing that if the position was destined for him, there was nothing that could stop him from getting there.

Ministering the Morning Water on all necessary documents, he submitted them after which he was invited for an interview. According to him, the interview was almost like a walk-over for him. After one week, he received a call informing him that the position, which is three times above where he was, had been offered to him on a platter of divine grace. From an Infrastructure Manager, he was promoted to a Branch Chief in charge of Health Informatics. To cap the whole turnaround, Dr and Mrs Chiteba were blessed with their own house – a massive storey building with exotic fittings and an exquisite architecture.

The couple have also been blessed with an abundant yield in their agricultural ventures (crop and animal farming) which they started after keying into Prophet T.B. Joshua’s prophetic counsel to people all over the world to return to farming in the face of dwindling oil revenues across the world.

For Mrs Chiteba, she had been suffering from a sharp pain which started while she was on board an aircraft. The pain eventually stopped after she prayed with Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV. According to her, while praying with the man of God, she felt a shocking sensation. That same night, she dreamt about Prophet T.B. Joshua coming to minister deliverance to her. Since then, all her troubles are over including the alcohol-drinking habit she had developed in the course of her travails. “We keep certain things in our hearts that block our blessings. We should pray to God and wait on Him for His supply,” she advised. For Dr Chiteba, he urged people to always leave everything for God.

HOW GOD RESTORED MY THYROID AND BLESSED ME WITH A CHILD

Mr Senanu King Dovoh knew that something was wrong with him. He would sweat profusely, palpitate excessively and exhibit an unusual excessive reasoning faculty. Doctors were not wrong when they diagnosed him with hyperthyroidism –  a medical condition in which the thyroid gland overfunctions. Because of that condition, he avoided protein-rich foods. In school, he would always draw the ire of fellow students who considered him a genius because he assimilated easily from lecturers while they were left at sea. And so, he was somewhat a loner who had too much to grapple with. According to him, even when an air conditioner was on, he would still sweat profusely.

After a psychologist had examined him and ruled out any psychological issue, his doctors suggested that either surgery or what they called nuclear medicine would be the best bet. While the former involved an outright operation on his thyroid gland, they warned that he could lose his voice in the process. For the latter, it involved swallowing a special capsule filled with nuclear substance. But the big issue was that he had received several other medications yet, no sign of improvement. When matters became complicated, it was a doctor – an Emmanuel TV Partner –  that advised him to visit The SCOAN, the Arena of Liberty – a proof that doctors only treat while God cures and heals.

Having given up on all medications, the Ghanaian who had even been told to jettison the idea of marriage, visited The SCOAN against all discouraging realities. Watching Emmanuel TV and building his faith gradually, Mr Dovoh received and started ministering the Morning Water right away, placing a demand on the anointing. As days ran into weeks and weeks into months, the young Ghanaian is no longer having those disturbing symptoms of hyperthyroidism. As a sign of the restoration of his thyroid gland to its normal state, he stopped selecting the foods he ate. All those foods that were a no-go-area for him are now on his menu, to the glory of God. Even his most recent medical report shows that his thyroid gland is functioning normally.

Testifying last Sunday, Mr Dovoh thanked God for bringing an end to a medical condition that made him recede into himself. For a man who was once quarantined (medically isolated), there is a lot to be grateful to God for. Aside from the restoration of his thyroid gland, he has also been blessed with a baby after initial medical reports suggested that he would not be able to father a child. “There is God here, at The SCOAN. All you need is to watch Emmanuel TV, build your faith and receive from God,” he advised.

BLIND EYES RESTORED

On the 5^th day of April 2017, Mr Osita Reuben Nwosu, a driver working for a prominent transportation company had successfully loaded his passengers at the Maza-Maza motor park heading to Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. Not long after he had hit the road, something mysterious happened. As he approached the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, his sight started capturing objects in doubles. As he tried to fathom what was happening to him, everywhere went blank – he had gone totally blind. In the ensuing commotion, he was able to pull over to safety while some passengers assisted him. Lost and absolutely dejected, the blind man, through the aid of some passengers was able to get across to one of the senior staff of his company.

Mr Nwosu was taken to a hospital in Onitsha where an international doctor told him that his eye balls were drifting back into his head, meaning that he was going totally blind. Further, saddened by the outcome of events, the blind man rejected the idea of an operation. A good Samaritan was able to help him get through to his wife as well as his elder brother based in the UK. On hearing about the unfortunate development, his brother in the UK told him to run to Prophet T.B. Joshua. Heeding his elder brother’s advice, Mr Nwosu was led to The SCOAN and attended the Monday Healing Service. As the man of God Prophet T.B. Joshua moved round the auditorium, ministering healing and deliverance, the blind man cried out for God’s mercy and favour to locate him. Getting to his position, Prophet T.B. Joshua, without uttering a word, placed his hands on Mr Nwosu’s face and cleansed his eyes. What happened next is one of the most dramatic experiences witnessed in recent times at The SCOAN.

Rising up to his feet, Mr Nwosu exploded, “I can see… I can see… Thank You, Jesus!” The congregation erupted into hysteria, praising God and declaring the wonder He has wrought in the life of his son. To confirm that he could actually see, Mr Nwosu was able to identify colours and the people around him. His Healing is reminiscent of the powerful miracles performed by our Lord, Jesus Christ as recorded in the Bible. During his testimony in company of his wife, he went as far as reading a portion of the ministry’s weekly publication. “Instead of running helter-skelter, believe in God and he will heal you,” he advised.

SENT BACK FROM THE GATES OF DEATH

In a most gruesome motor accident that claimed the lives of five persons, Mrs Elamah did not die but had gone into a coma. For those who were present at the scene of the unfortunate incident, there was no sign that she was alive. Some members of her husband’s family had even concluded that she had passed away. But while she laid in a coma, something was going on in the spirit realm courtesy of the Good Morning Sticker that she had in her grip while her friend and colleague, Mrs Momodu, prayed for her with the Believer’s Card.

After five days in a coma, it was noticed that the only thing Mrs Elamah did was to clutch on to a Good Morning Sticker in her hand, shouting, “Leave me alone!” As she would later reveal when she regained consciousness, Mrs Elamah told the congregation that she was already on her journey of no return when she was intercepted by Prophet T.B. Joshua who ordered her to go back. As much as she could remember, she even encountered her five deceased colleagues in the spirit realm. She therefore attributed her being alive today to the fact that God used Prophet T.B. Joshua to send her back to the earth while she clutched the Good Morning Sticker and as her friend, Mrs Momodu, prayed for her with the Believer’s Card.

After she was discharged from hospital, Mrs Elamah who had been bedridden at home, feeling serious pains, unable to walk and eat properly, visited The SCOAN to give her testimony. According to her, as soon as she stepped into The SCOAN premises, she felt a new surge of strength all over her body. Since that moment till now, she has been walking freely without feeling pain or any form of discomfort. She also eats very well now. During her testimony, she advised people all over the world to always believe in God, adding that with faith, all things are possible.

SAFE DELIVERY THROUGH PROPHETIC INTERVENTION

She had been told by her doctor that she would have to be induced in order for her to deliver her baby. According to her, the doctor went ahead to say that, should the induction fail, then operation would be the next option. Knowing that she was overdue for delivery and fearing that the success rate of an operation is on a 50-50 ratio, she ran to The SCOAN to seek divine intervention. As at the time she came to The SCOAN, her blood pressure was already rising and so, she was in dire need of God’s grace.

Attending the Sunday Service, Mrs Kelechi Mole received a prophecy from Prophet T.B. Joshua concerning her condition, “Let me just call the woman who is about to go into labour; she is pregnant. Will I say overdue? This is nine months. You are there. The baby is a male child. I think the doctor has given you the certificate for the operation. You will not be operated… She will give birth on Wednesday, precisely 9pm, 10pm, 11pm. That labour will drag till that time before you finally give birth to a male child.”

And just exactly as the man of God had prophesied, Mrs Mole delivered a baby boy without induction or operation. Testifying last Sunday in company of her husband, she recalled that, after prophesying to her, the man of God also prayed for her before she left the church that day. According to her, all the man of God prophesied about her came to pass accurately. She thanked God for fulfilling His Word in her life. Most importantly, she expressed great joy for the fact that God did not allow her to undergo an operation. “If you have any problem, run to God,” she urged people all over the world.

DIABOLIC INSECT COMMANDED OUT

Miss Vivian Sunday was a dealer in car oil from Delta State, Nigeria. The young ambitious woman had great plans for her future but those plans were eventually truncated by a deceiver who cajoled her into prostitution. According to her pathetic story, the man behind her woes told her that she would work in a boutique and receive a handsome salary from which his expenses on her would be settled gradually. Overwhelmed by the prospect of travelling abroad, Vivian could not withstand the excitement. She sold her business and belongings and followed the stranger.

The journey to overseas began with high hopes for the young woman, though she wondered why they had to travel by road, knowing that most people who travel overseas do so by air. Her apprehensions notwithstanding, the man kept reassuring her that there was no cause for alarm. In her mind, the rough, bushy and untarred roads through which they travelled were not in tandem with her imaginations about ‘overseas’ but the man always had a defence – they had to travel through that route to avoid being apprehended because he knew they were on an illegal mission.

Getting to the Republic of Benin, Vivian and three other girls were housed in a room and were barred from coming outside lest they were apprehended by the authorities. By this time, she was still hoping to see those fantastical architectures and the classic people that flock the streets of Europe or America. After spending some days in the Republic of Benin, another journey began. This time around, the roads they travelled through were even worse than the one that led to the Republic of Benin. Vivian could not reconcile the bushy and undulating roads with the beautiful ‘overseas’ she was being taken to. Her persistent questions almost drew the ire of the wicked man.

Arriving in a place which was later discovered to be rural Mali, Vivian received the rudest shock of her life. Though it had already dawned on her that she was nowhere near Europe or America, she was still optimistic of working in a boutique and receiving a good salary. The moment of truth came when the man who promised her heaven and earth told her outright that she would have to work as a prostitute and that it is from that job that she would pay him back all he had spent to bring her there. Vivian’s world went crumbling. She imagined how she would cope in that ungodly job with her little frame. The man was not ready for excuses. All he wanted was for her to make money and pay him back.

Being in an area populated by prostitutes of different nationalities, their job description was simple. All the girls needed to do was to service Malian miners inside the bush. The girls were asked to dress seductively and sometimes, approach the miners. In the event that the miners showed no interest, then they would stimulate them by caressing them into the immoral act. That was how dehumanising it was for Vivian because she had no choice but to do the bidding of a wicked man who had even threatened to kill her. According to her, apart from the possibility of contracting diseases through that illicit business, many girls had been killed for rituals.

Though the man had succeeded in cajoling her into prostitution, she had a serious challenge. She was not patronised as expected and that threatened her chances of making money with which she would settle her master. When she complained to him, he promised to do something about it and took her to a native doctor who gave her a black soap and a sponge to bathe with. She was also instructed to apply a concoction on her private part so that men would swarm after her like insects after nectar. After using the items as instructed, the story remained the same – no customers! Vivian’s health would soon be faced with grave challenges.

A terrible stomach ache soon set in as she felt an object moving around inside her stomach. She could not sleep well. Whenever she closed her eyes, she saw a horrifying entity. She was no longer herself. At best, she was a pathetic shadow of her former self. Confiding in a man who offered listening ears, she narrated her ordeal and how she was deceived into prostitution. The man advised her to feign death. By this time, her master was out of town. As she continued to behave like a dying soul, her fellow ‘prostitutes’ rallied around, raised some money and paid her way back to Nigeria. Even before she got to Lagos, she had enquired about Emmanuel TV and The SCOAN, saying that she needed to be delivered from the spirit of prostitution.

Vivian was delivered penultimate Sunday during the Mass Prayer as Prophet T.B. Joshua commanded all infirmities out of congregation in the mighty name of Jesus. Due to the intensity of the prayer, Vivian vomited a live insect. According to the man of God, that insect was spiritually invoked into her when the native doctor in Mali prepared the man-attracting concoction for her. During her testimony last Sunday, Vivian told the congregation that she is now free from all the stomach aches and strange experiences she had grappled with in the past. According to her, ever since she vomited the live insect, the moving object stopped. Her peace and joy have known no bounds. She thanked God for using Prophet T.B. Joshua to deliver her from prostitution, sickness and destruction.

SPIRIT OF WOMAN SENT PACKING

Ms Letlhogonolo Komane had always been more of a tomboy in her childhood days. She would play soccer with boys and associate with them more often. One day, she found herself watching pornography involving two women and ended up having an uncontrollable urge to copy what she had watched. It was from that moment that she became possessed with the spirit of woman. Eventually, her dreams were affected as she would find herself dreaming of sexual affairs with fellow women. Ms Komane started sleeping around with fellow women physically to the extent that they fought over her.

As a miner involved with heavy duty equipment and vehicles, she was more of a man with the nature of her work. Realising that something was wrong with her, her aunt introduced her to Emmanuel TV. After watching the anointed channel, Ms Komane also realised that sleeping with fellow women was not right. She visited The SCOAN all the way from South Africa. During the prophecy time, the man of God, through divine revelation, saw her problem and prophesied to her. Commanding the evil spirit out of her, Prophet T.B. Joshua set her free from that yoke in the mighty name of Jesus.

During her testimony last Sunday, the South African told the congregation how she had tried on her own to free herself from the problem only for it to get worse. According to her, what she could not achieve through self-effort had been made possible by the mighty power of God. Ms Komane who came to The SCOAN without a hairdo and earrings now dresses like a real woman. She no longer experiences those nightmares in which she always found herself sleeping with fellow women. She is indeed free in Jesus’ name. She urged people who might be facing her kind of challenge to seek the face of God rather than rely on self-effort.

DEMONIC REINCARNATION

When the hand of God touched his head, using Prophet T.B. Joshua, during the last Monday Service, the demonic spirit in Mr Prince Obaerechi was arrested and it began to manifest. It roared with anger, talking about how it had dwelt in Mr Obaerechi’s body and used him to execute its malicious activities for so many years. In its rattling rage, the demon said it was the spirit of Mr Obaerechi’s late witchdoctor maternal grandfather and that it was responsible for the cancer that he and his daughter suffered from. The demon also blurted that it killed both Mr Obaerechi’s maternal grandfather and mother and that he was meant to serve it. He would grow up to learn that, indeed, he had been dedicated to the idol and shrine his late maternal grandfather worshiped when he was only 7 days old.

In recounting his turbulent life’s history, Mr Obaerechi told the congregation and viewers all over the world that between the ages of 10 and 12, he joined a youthful gang of thieves and went on stealing spree. He stole money and livestock. He would steal a goat, drag it to a nearby bush, kill it and cook the amount he could consume. He would then go to the market to sell the rest of his flesh loot.

He was told that from the first day of his birth, he cried loud and non-stop for days. Baffled by such an unusual thing that kept his mother up for nights without quality sleep, the family decided they needed to find out from the oracle what may have gone wrong with the newborn child. The top witchdoctor the family consulted told the nursing mother and other family members that Baby Prince was the incarnation of his witchdoctor maternal grandfather and that the baby came too early. In order for either one of them to survive, a sacrifice must be performed for one of them to live at the expense of the other’s life. Mr Obaerechi’s diabolic grandfather agreed to sacrifice his life for his incarnation in the body of Baby Prince. The necessary rituals were performed and shortly after that, the witchdoctor grandfather died. Prince was only 7 days when he inherited his late grandfather’s shrine with idols. Soon after such demonic transition, Baby Prince stopped the incessant crying.

In the aftermath of the dedication, Prince recalled how he gained spiritual powers from darkness. He said, some sort of superpower came over him and he could use mind-power to stare at a glass till it dropped into bits. If you offended him, his wrath wreaked havoc in your life. With anger characterizing his personality, Mr Prince Obaerechi grew up to be a nightmare in other people’s lives until one day, lymphatic cancer in his pelvic area brought him down to his knees. Finding it strange, he consulted witchdoctors for both diagnosis and prognosis. When the situation became unbearable, he agreed to travel to India to undergo surgical operations. However, before embarking on the journey, he consulted the witchdoctors again to enquire as to whether the operations would be successful.

After two occasions of travelling to India and undergoing the two gruesome operations, no solution was in sight. Whilst his third submission for the Indian visa was in progress for his third intended medical visit, someone told him to visit The SCOAN to collect the Morning Water. He thought to himself that it was worth giving it a try as the Indian medical doctors had told him that he had 25% chance of surviving under the knife as opposed to the usual 50-50 he had expected to hear.

Although he had doubted Prophet T.B. Joshua to be a true man of God, he gathered the courage to put God’s healing to a test. He visited The SCOAN and received prayers and returned home with the Morning Water. Shortly after ministering the Morning Water, the lymphatic cancer that looked incurable began to shrink rapidly. His swollen leg and genitals that had bloated out of proportion were all reduced to normal states. The excruciating pain that came with the cancer also became a thing of the past, to the glory of God.

Unfortunately, after receiving his miraculous healing, Mr Obaerechi turned his back on God. This exposed him to his past life and unity with bad friends. Finding himself financially broke, one of his associates took him to a witchdoctor who gave him incisions and performed various rituals on him. The shrine he visited was blood thirsty and so Mr Obaerechi was made to promise that he would offer the shrine blood as regular as required. He said that after the rituals and sacrifices, he hated himself for returning to such darkness again. Alas! It was too late. He said his life became very miserable and he became penniless the more. Thereafter, the thought of visiting The SCOAN became a torture to the evil spirit within him. It became a battle of evil thoughts versus a spirit of sanity. After much troubles within him, he finally made it to The SCOAN, where the Sunday Mass Prayer with Prophet T.B. Joshua arrested the demon in him. He vomited poisonous substances during the Mass Prayer. He returned to The SCOAN the following Monday and received prayer from Prophet T.B. Joshua. The demonic spirit manifested and began to list the havoc it had wreaked in his life since he was 7 days old.

Having been delivered and walking in the testimony of the goodness of God in his life, Mr Prince Obaerechi advised parents not to expose their children to demonic spirits in their desperate quest of seeking protection for their wards. He also went on to advise the youth to look for Jesus Christ in a living church.

 

 

 

The presence of God was powerfully felt all through the service as the man of God continued to minister healing and deliverance to congregants from different parts of the world.

Prophet T.B. Joshua engaged the minds of congregants with a thought-provoking message, LET THE HOLY SPIRIT REMAIN, centred around the incomprehensible ways of God. “God does not give us what we know how to do,” he said, adding that He gives us what we don’t know how to do so that He would teach us how to do it. According to the man of God, whenever God wants to teach us how to do a thing, he reforms and refines us just as gold passes through the furnace.

Speaking further, he pointed out that most Christians receive but cannot keep the Spirit of God because they allow worries to take over their hearts. He observed that when we hold a grudge or an offence against anyone, we are making our hearts uninhabitable for the Holy Spirit: “When you hold a grudge against a brother, you have already grieved the Holy Spirit.” The man of God also lamented the sad reality of Christians who read the Bible even when their hearts are holding offence. He also said that reading the Bible with a heart filled with grudges amounts to reading ordinary history or literature, “You should not be surprised if the Bible is not real when reading – when you hold an offence against your brother. When it is inspired by the Holy Spirit, it becomes the Bible… When the heart refines the Word, it becomes an instrument for the Spirit of God.”

Concluding, he reminded Christians that only God can give man true greatness, adding that “The race is not always for the swiftest or fastest.” Noting that the world also gives greatness, the man of God observed that only God-given greatness stands the test of time. To buttress his point, he added that God would always take great men through all sorts of experiences in order to enable them understand the vicissitudes of life so that when they are up there, they would not be carried away by pride or selfishness: “God always makes us fit for His position; you should be ready for God’s training.”

In an earlier message titled GOD WITH US, Evangelist Elizabeth called on Christians to pay more attention to the Word of God rather than allow the temporary challenges and troubles of life distract them from the path of glory which the good Lord has in store for them, “Today, many Christians feel hopeless in the face of their mountains as they keep magnifying their problem above their Heavenly Father. The problem is that they never get in perfect harmony with God’s Word. They confess failure instead of victory, sickness instead of good health, bondage instead of freedom, poverty and lack instead of prosperity and blessings of God. If you are such a Christian, you can never rise above your confession.”

She further pointed out that Christians who know that God’s ability can work wonders through them, they would always overcome their challenges by allowing their confessions to align with the Word of God, “As a Christian, if I know God’s ability is working through me, then why confess sickness when the Bible says in Isaiah 53:5 that by His stripes I am healed. It is a thrilling fact that as children of God, when our word becomes one with God’s Word, that Word of God abiding in us gives us an authority in Heaven. Why confess defeat when the Bible says in Romans. 8:37 that ‘I am an overcomer through Christ Jesus. If I order my words aright, God manifests to me, the benefits of His great salvation.”

During the mass prayer with Prophet T.B. Joshua, many demonic chains were broken as age-old yokes were broken in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Prophet T.B. Joshua moved round the auditorium with so much power that even people seated at a distance, fell under the influence of the Holy Spirit, manifesting and vomiting all forms of poisonous substances.

TESTIMONIES

MOVING OBJECT REVEALED AS A COCKROACH

Suffering from evil attacks, Ms Chantal Bridget Nyemeck from Cameroon had also discovered a strange movement in her stomach. For some time, she had been seeing herself eating and drinking in her dreams, encountering dead people, including her late husband. She also had a spiritual husband. Her constant torment drove her to take the journey to her neighbouring country Nigeria to visit The SCOAN in search of deliverance. She was further encouraged by a dream in which she had an encounter with Prophet T.B. Joshua. According to her, in her dream, the man of God placed her in water and said, “Be cleansed!”.

Penultimate Sunday, she was in the auditorium as Prophet T.B. Joshua ministered spirit filled prayer and deliverance to congregants, in Jesus’ name. During that Mass Prayer, she had prayed for God to locate her. As the prayer intensified, Ms Nyemeck felt the movement of God’s power in her stomach. Suddenly, she started vomiting vile smelling poisonous substances, including a whole cockroach. As soon as she vomited the cockroach, all the movements in her stomach suddenly stopped.

Testifying last Sunday, she told congregants that all the nightmares, eating and seeing dead people in her dreams had stopped. According to her, her sleep is now very peaceful. She advised people all over the world to trust God and have faith in Him, no matter how long it takes.

A PARALYSED BODY REVIVED

Mr Mohammed from Lebanon came to The SCOAN with the problem of paralysis of the whole body. Since 2008, the condition had lingered, making him incapable of engaging productively in his business. He could not go to work and even when he tried to sleep, he would experience serious pain and discomfort. Despite the fact that he had been to different hospitals, there was no solution and the problem continued to worsen. The Doctors only suggestion was surgery. Unable to move, Mr Mohamed was brought to The SCOAN in a car, wearing a body brace and neck collar.

Prophet T.B. Joshua came outside to where Mr Mohammed’s car was parked to attend to him right inside the car. According to Mr Mohammed, as soon as the man of God touched him, he felt something come out of him and immediately he stood up to walk for the first time in nine years! Sounding jubilant and radiating a sense of gratitude to God, Mr Mohammed recalled, during his testimony, how he lived daily on medication just to make it through the day. His friend, who came to testify with him, told congregants how Mr Mohammed was introduced to Emmanuel TV and how he decided to seek the face of God. Mr Mohammed has experienced the hand of God through Christ Jesus. Demonstrating his new-found fitness to the glory of God, he advised people all over the world to run to Jesus ­­­whenever they have problems.

DISABLED SOLDIER REINSTATED

Lance Corporal Anthony was involved in an accident while serving with the Nigerian army in the north-eastern part of the country –  a known area where terrorists operate. The accident left him with a fractured femur which necessitated an operation in which iron was inserted into the affected bone to enable him to walk. Despite the operation, he found it extremely difficult to walk without aid. Aside the crutch which he used, he largely depended on other people for locomotion.

Instead of Lance Corporal Anthony’s condition to improve, it gradually got worse. After the submission of the hospital hit him with a bang of hopelessness, the young soldier decided to go spiritual. He had been hearing about The SCOAN and had witnessed many wonderful miracles on Emmanuel TV, and so, there is hope at the end of the tunnel after all. Mustering some faith-inspired strength, Corporal Anthony visited the Arena of Liberty last Sunday.

During the service, Prophet T.B. Joshua ministered prayer and deliverance to congregants in a most tensed manner. The atmosphere was charged with the ubiquitous power of God. Many were let loose from the grip of demons and evil spirits while others were healed of age-long infirmities. As the man of God moved from one direction to the other, Corporal Anthony could feel the presence of God even from far away. When the man of God eventually got to his position and touched him, he lost touch of the reality around him and landed on the floor. By the time he regained consciousness, he was overtaken by freight and had wanted to run away.

It took the intervention of the evangelists for him to realise that he had just been healed. Rather than run away, they advised him to walk in the glory of God’s power, having been healed of an ailment that defied medical logic. Since that moment, Lance Corporal Anthony has not used a crutch. He walks without aid after the Holy Spirit had operated upon his fractured femur, transforming it into a brand-new one. Demonstrating his fitness with vigour and agility during his testimonies, he told congregants that the crutches were no more useful to him. “I will throw them away,” he added.

 

CONSTANT BLEEDING CEASED IN JESUS’ NAME

Mrs Chinyere Obichukwu came to The SCOAN with three serious problems. She had been suffering from barrenness due to bleeding caused by fibroid. She also had a kidney disease. The combination of those problems made life very miserable for her. As a banker, the bleeding almost rendered her inefficient in her work place. She would have to visit the convenience so many times in a day. As for the kidney problem, it made her uncomfortable most times. She felt sharp pains in her upper abdominal regions.

Coming to The SCOAN last Sunday, Mrs Obichukwu was bleeding profusely, prompting her to visit the convenience many times to change. But as soon as the man of God started moving around the auditorium, she started feeling the powerful presence of God even before he got to her position. She had been inspired faith-wise by the testimony of a woman who was healed of cancer. She continued to pray while the man of God ministered healing and deliverance to congregants.

By the time the anointed touch of Prophet T.B. Joshua landed on her, she felt a strange yet powerful impact. By the time she returned to the convenience to check herself, she discovered that the bleeding had stopped. Thereafter, the pains in her abdomen also ceased – an indication that the kidney disease was no more. Testifying, the elated woman based in Kaduna State, Nigeria, also declared that she would soon come to testify about her forthcoming baby. Mrs Obichukwu came to The SCOAN with serious problems but has since returned to her home completely healed and full of songs of praise to God. “Believing is your connection. People of God, do not give up. Soldier on!” she advised.

RESTORED TO HIS FEET BY PROPHETIC ORDER

Mr Charles Ude had suffered from the problem of difficulty in walking. The problem saw him undergo a corrective surgery on his back after which his doctors explained that he needed two more surgeries. The Nigerian living in South Africa experienced tough times as he was almost unable to do anything by himself and as his entire lower abdomen had gone numb and virtually dead to every sensory feeling. At a point, he was also given certain social considerations as a disabled person. His condition made him consume different doses of medication daily. Rather than wait to undergo the two remaining surgeries, he summoned enough faith and decided to seek God’s help at The SCOAN.

Penultimate Sunday, he was one of the congregants that attended the church service. During Mass Prayer, he cried out to God to help him as Prophet T.B. Joshua ministered prayer and deliverance to congregants from different nations of the world. Adorning a lumbar corset and knee brace, Mr Ude’s leg vibrated as the man of God unleashed God’s power on it. He was thereafter ordered to rise up and walk by the man of God after his leg and body were restored to normal once again, no longer in need of the lumbar corset and knee brace. Obeying that prophetic directive, Mr Ude sprang to his feet, walking unaided for the first time in a long while. His miraculous healing was accompanied by shouts of “Thank You, Jesus!” by himself and members of the congregation.

During his testimony last Sunday, Mr Ude told congregants how he suffered untold hardship as a result of his difficulty in walking. According to him, even his career was seriously threatened by the problem. He also recounted how his pastor in the United States had discouraged him from ministering the Morning Water. His pastor’s discouragement would soon prove to be unfounded after they had tried to burn the Morning Water. But instead of burn with the fire, the anointed medium moved like a spirit and left them gapping in awe. “Whatever your problem, your solution is in the hands of God,” he advised.

The SCOAN Live Sunday Service of March 26, 2017 was a touch of Heaven on earth. Opening with an insightful message of freedom from Evangelist Michelle to a powerful demonstration of God’s power as ministered by Prophet T.B. Joshua in message and in prayer, deliverance and healing took place throughout the congregation in an explosive time of prayer. It was a service to remember.

In her message titled BE FREE, Evangelist Michelle reminded Christians that true freedom and the joy that comes with it can only be found by walking with the Lord. According to her, it was for the same freedom that God sent His Son to set the captives free and to bring light where there was darkness: “Lasting happiness and bubbling joy comes from loving Jesus. True freedom is the ease of heart and peace of conscience derived from walking with the Lord. Our freedom is also the ultimate prize that satan aims to take from us and he uses our situations and our weaknesses as his principle weapons.” She added that, “Freedom is the lifestyle of every child of Heaven because it is for freedom that the Father of lights sent His only Son, Jesus Christ – to set the captives (you and I) free and bring them out of darkness. No one can help you to come out of darkness without the Author of light. Only Jesus Christ, the Author of light can help you to come out of darkness.”
She summed up her message with the following counsel: “Sometimes in life, we work so hard without a corresponding reward for our efforts and the weight of the disappointment enslaves our spirits in chains of depression and discouragement because things did not work out the way we planned. That you are planning does not mean the plan will be carried out. When you are planning, keep in mind that you are not the executor – God is. If you have this consciousness, your spirit will remain free.”

 

 

Prophet T.B. Joshua entered the auditorium and instilled in all the importance of making the Word first place. Urged Christians to make the Word of God the ultimate part of their lives, he added that most of the challenges they are facing today emanate out of their attitudes of worry even after prayer. “When you are grounded in the Word, you take it first place; you exalt the Word. Prayer must be followed by an absolute trust in God that He is now working out the answer. But our life is quite different. After prayer, we begin to worry over it as if we have never prayed at all,” he said. Urging those who believe strongly in God’s Word to continue to put a demand on the anointing, he advised them to do so by praying along with him: “Since you have recognized that God’s Word is healing, deliverance and blessing, the living Word in me will release you, in Jesus’ name. Use your faith to put a demand on the anointing as you pray along with Prophet T.B. Joshua!”

And the congregation responded. As Prophet T.B. Joshua began moving through the congregation, instantaneous healing and deliverance began to take place. They used their faith to put a demand on the anointing and yokes of bondage began to break. Their testimonies follow:

 

TESTIMONIES
A FRESH BREATH OF HEALING THROUGH CHRIST

Using a breathing machine, Mr Jose David Moguel, alongside his family, came all the way from the United States in search of healing at the Arena of Liberty. He had been diagnosed with lung fibrosis – a respiratory condition that makes breathing a burdensome struggle. For over seven years, the Mexican lived his life in abject dependence on medications that only assuaged the symptoms temporarily. Bereft of natural oxygen most times, he found it extremely difficult to walk. When all medical efforts proved to be unreliable and with his condition getting worse, his family decided to go God’s way.

Sitting in the congregation accompanied by his wife, son and an acquaintance, Mr Moguel came in contact with the benevolent Spirit of the living God as Prophet T.B. Joshua moved through the auditorium in prayer. As Prophet T.B. Joshua touched him, he felt an electrical reaction all through his body. Moments later, he discovered that he could breathe normally and optimally without the breathing machine. As congregants and his family members broke into a hysteria of applause, Mr Moguel did not only walk confidently, he also ran from one end of the auditorium to the other to demonstrate his new-found strength and agility. His wife went emotional as she rendered a thanksgiving song to the Almighty Father for his wondrous work in the life of her husband. The breathing machine, which had taken centre stage in their father’s life, has now been relegated to the dustbin of history. It has been rendered useless by the power in the name of Jesus. With revived lungs and renewed vigour, Mr Moguel’s story reminds Christians of the scripture which says, “THOSE WHO WAIT UPON THE LORD SHALL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH.” Advising people all over the world, the visibly elated Mexican who spoke through an interpreter, stated, “Search for God and He will heal you”.

 

JESUS WALKED ME OUT OF MY INCAPACITATION

After undergoing surgery in his lower back, Mr Charles Udeh lost every sense of feeling from his waist down to his lower abdomen. He could not walk without support. A lumbar corset coupled with a knee brace became his most prized assets. The Nigerian living in the United States was tested for several ailments but nothing categorically was found. How he became unable to walk remained a mystery to his doctors. He was virtually rendered unproductive as he could hardly do anything worthwhile. In his words, he was just like a vegetable.

Freedom however came his way when Prophet T.B. Joshua, who was ministering healing and deliverance to congregants in a fierce demonstration of God’s anointing, came to his seat. Tapping him on the head and ministering life to his dead legs, the man of God ordered him to stand up and walk and for the first time in almost three years, Mr Udeh stood up and walked freely, bringing an end to his incapacitation. Throwing away the lumbar corset and knee brace, he praised God for making him whole again just as congregants responded with a loud ovation to the unending glory of God.

 

 

 

MY HEART AILED FOR TWO YEARS – GOD HEALED ME IN TWO DAYS
In September, 2015, Mrs Belinda Moyo had noticed that her heart was beating uncontrollably. The abnormal palpitation continued up to June, 2016 when she started feeling its negative brunt. She could hardly sleep as she felt a heavy burden on her heart. She also felt serious pain on her chest and could not carry any heavy load. The discomfort led her to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a heart problem. According to her doctor, the lining of her heart was thickening – a condition that could trigger a sudden heart failure.
After receiving a cocktail of medications and injections, her condition remained the same. In January 2017, Mrs Moyo decided to pray along with Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV. According to her, she was inspired more by his emphasis on putting a demand on the anointing. She remembered that it was during a Mass Prayer in which the man of God had declared that enough was enough for all the problems that had been tormenting the lives of God’s children. Keying into that prophetic declaration, she also confessed that enough was enough for her heart disease. That same night, she slept without any encumbrances.
Two days later, she revisited her doctor who directed her to undergo a scan. The result of the scan showed that her heart was normal.

The thickening lining was nowhere to be found. Indeed, distance is not a barrier to the move of God! During her testimony, she displayed her medical reports – one for the initial diagnoses of the heart problem and the other for the confirmation of her miraculous healing. Full of joy and praises to God, Mrs Moyo had the following advice for people all over the world: “God’s anointing is unlimited; tap into it”.

 

EMMANUEL TV: A MEDIUM OF BREAKTHROUGH AND OPEN DOORS
As an importer, Mr Ifeanyi Anyakorah worked assiduously to make sure his business thrived. But emerging realities were not in tandem with his great expectations. Instead of making progress, he faced an unfair share of challenges as his goods were continuously seized by inspectors. Initially unperturbed, he believed it was a normal business challenge but the Nigerian would later lose his patience when his troubles assumed a frequent dimension. He started wondering why his containers would always end up being seized while those of his fellow importers were cleared without any hassle.
Reflecting on those realities, he reckoned that they were not normal. One night, as he was asleep, something woke him up. As he was trying to fathom what was happening, a thought struck his mind. “I should console myself with a Christian TV channel”. Scanning through channels on his television, he came across Emmanuel TV. He was astonished by the sheer demonstration of love, charity and humanity by Prophet T.B. Joshua to the needy and less-privileged in society. As far as he could remember, he had never come across such a huge display of lovingkindness.
The more he watched Emmanuel TV, the deeper his conviction to visit The SCOAN became. Even his visiting mother could not contain her passion for Emmanuel TV when she encouraged him to visit the ministry, saying that God was already with us here on earth – Emmanuel! Visiting The SCOAN, he was with the intention of joining the Emmanuel TV Partners and during the course of the service, he registered as a Partner with Emmanuel TV. After the service, he had the opportunity to meet with Prophet T.B. Joshua, who prayed for him and blessed him with the Morning Water. When he returned to his work station, things turned around for good. Open doors and breakthrough came from different angles. The issue of seized containers became a thing of the past. Even his business associates saw that a new dawn had come. Following the teaching of Prophet T.B. Joshua, he made giving a habit and his fortunes improved. His cup of blessings became full and ran over to the extent that other foreign importers started begging him to extend his business to their countries.
In an expansionist move, he bought a plot of land and within nine months, erected an eighteen-flat apartment. One night while his engineer was about digging the foundation for another building site he had acquired, he dreamt of Prophet T.B. Joshua, telling him that the foundation style was wrong. According to him, the man of God who appeared in a flash of lightening, disappeared after showing him the right foundation to use. Waking up disturbed, he requested for his architect and changed the plans to construct a hotel, as he had seen in his dream. As the hotel building progressed, people around wondered how and where he got the financial muscle to execute such a gigantic project with imported materials. When the hotel building was completed it was proven to be the best in that area of Kano, Nigeria with forty-five rooms, including a presidential suite and of international standard too. To his utmost surprise, while the hotel was still training staff for a successful commencement of operation, customers started rushing to use its services.

An NGO even came with its staff from all over the country to register their preference for its services. Fully operational now, the hotel is one of the many proofs of God’s favour upon his life. Thanking God for giving him many reasons to celebrate, he advised people all over the world to emulate the godly and charitable ways of Prophet T.B. Joshua who is famed for helping the needy and less-privileged.

 

AFTER YEARS OF BARRENNESS, OUR JOY HAS COME
Mr and Mrs Adepila Joseph were not a happy couple. Their unhappiness arose from the fact that for many years after marriage, they were unable to bear a child. For them, it was somewhat a social stigma, especially living on a continent were the success of a marriage is measured by the ability to procreate. Doctors had diagnosed Mr Joseph with low sperm count while his wife was said to have an infection. However, despite all the medications they received from their doctors, their condition, like an obstinate obstacle, refused to give way. The couple’s only option was to seek divine intervention. It was that quest for God’s touch that brought them to The SCOAN in June last year.

Meeting with Prophet T.B. Joshua, they received prayer and the Morning Water. According to Mr Joseph, the spate of spiritual attacks which they had been experiencing stopped after the prophet prayed for them. At home, they formed a praying alliance, ministering the Morning Water and asking God to locate them with His mercy and favour. As their payers gathered momentum, Mrs Joseph had a rather strange yet victorious dream. In that dream, she had encountered Prophet T.B. Joshua who gave her two apples. As soon as she received those apples, two vicious dogs came out of the blue and snatched the apples from her. As she struggled to retrieve her precious fruits from the jaws of the marauding beasts, the man of God reappeared, dispossessed the dogs of their loot and handed them back to her – just as it is captured in the scripture that says, “THE KINGDOM OF GOD SUFFERETH VIOLENCE AND THE VIOLENT TAKETH IT BY FORCE”.

True to their expectation, Mrs Joseph became pregnant soon after that memorable dream. During their testimony last Sunday, Mrs Joseph was eight-months-pregnant. Mr Joseph told congregants how he bore the psychological pains of being the only childless one amongst his extended family members. He however thanked God for ending their problem and blessing them with the fruit of the womb. “Whatever situation you may be facing in life, be patient. At God’s own time, everything is beautiful,” he advised.

 

SCOURGE OF MISCARRIAGES SUBMIT TO GOD’S POWER
Mr and Mrs Mcoyett Ademola were at a crossroads. Each time Mrs Mcoyett became pregnant, it ended in a miscarriage. She would suffer from high blood pressure, stool blood and became anaemic as a result of a PCV (Parked Cell Volume) as low as fourteen percent. The last episode was very disheartening as yet another baby died in her womb. Doctors had told her that the dead foetus could only be evacuated through an operation. Her husband, who had been a staunch member of The SCOAN, was able to convince her to visit the Arena of Liberty after many years of indifference on her part.
Being a member of a different Christian denomination, Mrs Mcoyett had been a hard nut to crack until the last sad episode. When she eventually visited The SCOAN in company of her husband, she was in desperate need of help and hopeful that she could deliver the dead baby without an operation as suggested by the doctors. At the prayer line, Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for her and blessed her with the Morning Water. After that visit to The SCOAN, Mrs Mcoyett went into labour and delivered the dead foetus naturally, without any complications. After delivering the dead foetus, she encountered the man of God in a dream in which he said he would tell her what to do to forestall such miscarriages. Two months after that dream, she became pregnant.
During the course of that pregnancy, she had another dream in which she found herself in an uncompleted building whose door was so narrow that she could not pass through it with her pregnancy. While stuck in that dilemma, Prophet T.B. Joshua appeared and led her through the walls out of the building. As they came out, she discovered they were inside a forest. The man of God led her through the forest onto The SCOAN altar. After nine months of that peaceful pregnancy, she delivered a baby boy they named Elijah.

During their testimony, Mrs Mcoyett’s mother, a trained nurse, marvelled at the miraculous way God used Prophet T.B. Joshua to save her daughter from a complicated situation of having to deliver a dead foetus which doctors had concluded would only be possible through operation. According to her, her daughter’s successful delivery of the dead foetus was the hand of God at work. Being a practising nurse, she knew that a dead foetus could only be delivered through induction. But in that very case, there was nothing like that. It was simply a miracle. She urged medical practitioners not to arrogate power to themselves or undermine God’s capacity to heal, saying that they only treat while God heals. In a double testimony, she proclaimed that her niece, who also suffered the onslaught of miscarriages, was able to conceive and deliver a beautiful bouncing baby safely after the ministration of the Morning Water.

On his own part, Mr Mcoyett was full of thanks and praises to God for using Prophet T.B. Joshua to rescue his wife from a deadly situation and for blessing them with a bouncing baby boy. He was visibly overwhelmed by the very way and manner their miscarriage-threatened marriage was eventually stabilised after their visit to The SCOAN. He also urged Christians to jettison denominational sentiments and seek the face of God in the appropriate quarters. From a neutral angle, the story of the Mcoyetts show that it is all about Jesus and not about the name of the ministry one attends. Your membership in your local church is merely symbolic; the essence of the true Church is Christ in you, the hope of glory!

 

JESUS IS THE CURE TO CANCER
She was diagnosed with blood and bone marrow cancer in 2013 and had been placed on heavy doses of cancer medication, including chemotherapy. Those times were very agonising for Mrs Rauna Kakehongo as her doctors had told her that the malignancy was at its terminal stage, meaning that the possibility of her dying suddenly was very high. While the chemotherapy lasted, she experienced loss of hair and painful swelling in different parts of her body. Instead of alleviating her condition, the medication she took seemed to make matters worse. It was emotional for her to imagine losing her life to the disease and leaving her young and innocent children at the mercy of a cruel world.

She had thought that coming to The SCOAN would perhaps be her last opportunity to receive God’s blessings before crossing to the other side as her doctors had told her she had only four months to live. Four years after that visit, the woman who came all the way from Namibia on a wheelchair stood, hale and hearty and bubbling with the zest of a reinvigorated life.
Last Sunday, she testified to her healing after she had received prayers from Prophet T.B. Joshua at the prayer line. She had lost all hope and was already looking ahead to her death until she took the bold step to seek God’s intervention at The SCOAN. Describing her experience at the prayer line as Heaven on earth, Mrs Kakehongo said that while the man of God was praying for other people some distance away from where she was, she felt the heat of God’s anointing on him as she felt heat coming out from her ears. When the man of God came to her and touched her on the part of her chest that had already gone numb, she fell to the ground and felt her chest being lifted.

After her experience at the prayer line, she felt well and lively. For a woman who struggled to eat, she was able to finish a whole dish of food that night. When she returned to Namibia, she went to see her doctors for a check-up. After a series of tests, it was discovered that the blood and bone marrow cancer were no longer there to the surprise of all, including her employers who had found her replacement, thinking she would not survive the cancer. Since that last check-up that confirmed her free from the sickness, she has followed up with monthly tests which up to this moment have continued to show that the cancer is no more. Looking radiant and robust with a beautiful head of hair during her testimony, Mrs Kakehongo left the following advice for people all over the world: “Never compare your situation to others. If Jesus could do it for me, He will do it for you.”

 

YOKE OF BEDWETTING DESTROYED FOR LIFE
Miss Diamante Engan Nchama started bed-wetting when she was seven years-old. The problem persisted up to her teenage years. She was always ashamed of herself as a result of the problem because she had younger siblings who looked up to her. The whole thing affected her socially and psychologically. She could not visit friends and spend the night because she was scared by the very thought that she would wet the bed if she slept in their houses. Her fears were further heightened by the bedwetting experiences she had while travelling in a plane.
She had been taken to many doctors and had received different types of medication and yet the problem remained. Having sought medical solution without success, Diamante came to The SCOAN in company of her parents penultimate Sunday. During the service, Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied about her problem. As soon as she heard the man of God make that prophecy, the young girl from Equatorial Guinea rushed out of the congregation and received her deliverance from God through prayer from Prophet T.B. Joshua.

Testifying, her mother also narrated the embarrassment she felt when her daughter was passing through that problem. She advised parents facing such challenges to be patient, adding that no child wets the bed intentionally. She also urged them to table such problems before God through prayers as He would always answer. She thanked God that after the prayer of Prophet T.B. Joshua, her daughter’s problem is no more. When the Son of God sets you free, you are free indeed!

In their letter of appreciation, YouTube wrote: Each and every person who has subscribed to your channel was touched by what you did. They were inspired, or challenged, or entertained… And we’d like to recognise you and all your hard work with this silver play button, a small token of our esteem and respect…Believe us when we say that we can’t wait to see what you do next…And we’re rooting for you”.

It is indeed a superlative recognition for a YouTube channel that had just celebrated its fourth anniversary and a station that had just celebrated 11 years of broadcast. The SCOAN Sunday service of March 19, 2017 brought the people of God together to witness His marvellous works. The choir celebrated God´s lovingkindness with songs of praise and thanksgiving while the testimonies from different parts of the world served as an encouragement to all those who are waiting on the Lord for their own blessings. Just back from Israel, the man of God was full of joy as he shared his experience with congregants and people all over the world. His visit to meet with Religious Leaders from the Holy Land was also a God-inspired mission to add value to the lives of the needy.

Citing some Scriptures, the man of God highlighted the place of love in the world, adding that without it, nothing works. He went further to describe love as an attribute of God Himself who sacrificed His only Son for our sake. “Failure to walk in love can almost shut down one’s spiritual walk with the Lord,” he added. Urging congregants to LET LOVE LEAD, Prophet T.B. Joshua revealed that while he was touring Jerusalem, he was inspired to do the will of God through an act of love. After a meeting with the mayor of Bethlehem, she explained to him about the need for help in the areas of medical treatment and job employment. After visiting the largest General Hospital in Bethlehem together with the mayor, the prophet was moved with compassion upon seeing the need for medical equipment especially for kidney patients and donated essential kidney dialysis machines. The machines which cost one hundred and fifty thousand dollars were presented to the appropriate authorities. “Love looks around to see who is crying, lamenting,” Prophet T.B. Joshua said, adding that he should be addressed as LOVE and not as Prophet, General Overseer or Bishop. He urged people to use whatever they have to help others and change the world to a better place.

Earlier, Evangelist Yetunde, in her message – A CONTENTED LIFE, urged Christians to hold onto God even in the face of the most disheartening situations of life. Lamenting about our situations as Christians is satan’s way of distracting us from the plan of God: “No matter the situation you may be going through, you must have room in your heart to bless God. In other words, weeping must not hinder sowing or worshipping God. Remember, getting you to look at life, its storms and adversities from the human point of view is a trap of satan.” She added that there cannot be real contentment without God: “Oftentimes, we are unsatisfied and seek more for what we don’t have. It is not our mere wishful thinking that brings about a contented life. And it is not the work of righteousness which we have done that brings about a contented life. No one can be content without God.”

TESTIMONIES

THE DAY I LOCATED MY DESTINY THROUGH PROPHECY

He had held tightly onto his human opinion, thinking that he was destined to succeed abroad. As at 2013, he had spent over twenty years in the United Kingdom, insisting that his fortunes lay there. Dr Pius Apere had visited The SCOAN in 2007. Then, he had received a prophecy about his career failure, in spite of all the self-efforts he had made to sponsor himself through school at the highest level. Two years later, while on another visit to The SCOAN, he had received yet another prophecy about the appearance of a skeleton in his dreams. According to him, whenever he had that dream involving a skeleton, every good plan and expectation would come to nought. Matters became so bad that anytime he had these nightmares, things would inexplicably fall apart. He would fail at job interviews and would be left confused.

Those bizarre occurrences coupled with his endless struggles to make it big in life instigated in him a concentric mind-set never to come back home to Nigeria since it appeared that his problems emanated from his ancestry. In March 2013, he had another opportunity to meet with the man of God. During their meeting, Prophet T.B. Joshua had told him to return home, adding that his destiny lay in Nigeria. But in his usual mind-set, he had viewed the prophetic directive as a misnomer of sort. For him, it was like coming back to roost in a habitation of vipers where his very existence was not guaranteed any chance of survival.

Six months after his encounter with the man of God, an opportunity came in one of Nigeria’s foremost insurance firms. The position of Deputy Managing Director was vacant and needed to be filled. Though he was roundly qualified for the role, his misgivings about coming back home held him back from making a passionate move. Even when he applied for the job, it took a discouraging one and a half months for him to get a response. Amidst those misgivings, he reluctantly took the offer after friends prevailed on him to do so. He wondered why he should leave the greener pastures of London only to take up an offer shrouded in uncertainty. To make matters worse, he had no place to lay his head and so the possibility of being stranded was one of his greatest fears.

To his utmost surprise, everything he needed was provided as soon as he took up the offer. His doubts were dealt a big blow by prophetic hindsight. As he would later recall, the prophetic counsel given to him by Prophet T.B. Joshua had just started actualising. At that juncture, he realised that homecoming was actually a huge blessing in disguise. Despite all the trials that presented themselves along the way, he was able to see and experience that glorious light at the end of the tunnel. In May, 2016, he visited The SCOAN once again and received yet another prophecy from the man of God. According to Prophet T.B. Joshua, Dr Apere’s career was epileptic and unstable but that he saw him coming home to excel. By November, 2016, the Managing Director retired and he was nominated as replacement.

His nomination raised a lot of dust as the regulatory body of insurance in Nigeria refused to ratify his nomination, citing that he was not qualified for the position and leaked this to the press. During that period, most of his friends deserted him, leaving him to carry his cross all alone. As part of what was essentially a smear campaign, his CV was also leaked to the press but this inadvertently showed the world that he was even more than qualified and competent.

On seeing his CV, the regulatory body came under serious bombardment by stakeholders who knew that his rejection was unjustifiable. Like a stump under pressure, they had no other choice than to yield to popular demand after reviewing his cumulative experience in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He was given the opportunity to defend himself orally. Before he did that, he had ministered the Morning Water and had even visited The SCOAN that week. After speaking at the panel, everyone was marvelled to the extent that they referred to him as a professor. After a couple of days, a letter ratifying his nomination and accepting him as the Managing Director/CEO of the insurance firm was written and forwarded to him by the regulatory body with apologetic alacrity.

During his testimony, he revealed that his position came with great benefits, including a multi-million-naira official car.  “It was like a bitter pill to swallow when the message was given to me to come back to Nigeria,” he said as he recalled the prophecy given to him by the man of God. But today, he is a living witness to the veracity and actualisation of that prophecy. “If I had not obeyed, this testimony would not have happened and I would still be struggling,” he added. He advised people all over the world to listen to whatever the man of God tells them, adding that obedience is better than sacrifice. He also urged them to seek the face of God continuously.

FREED FROM THE GRIP OF “A FALLEN ANGEL”´  

Mr Onwuesi Chukwuka Cletus’s problem started when he came across a post on social media titled ´The Fallen Angel´. According to him, the post deliberated on the manner in which the angels that were chased out of Heaven fell and scattered unto different parts of the earth. However, after reading that post, he felt that something strange had entered his body. He suddenly found himself indulging in all sorts of ignoble acts such as alcohol-drinking and mingling with bad gangs. Though he always felt he was on the wrong track, he lacked the will power to retrace his steps. It was obvious that some evil forces beyond his power controlled his affairs.

Dream-wise, he was a total spiritual mess. He always found himself swimming with a particular woman with whom he also had intercourse. His capacity to pray started to die gradually until he lost it all. He virtually lost focus and interest in the things of God. He eventually dropped out of school because his mind was affixed more to those evil fancies. Somehow, his mother noticed the changes in his life but there was nothing she could do on her own. The young man himself had even gone to different prayer houses to seek deliverance when it dawned on him that he was in chains but all his efforts amounted to nothing.

During a visit to an aunt, Mr Cletus confided in her about the challenges he was facing. After her efforts to help him failed, she advised him to visit The SCOAN where she believed God would surely locate and deliver him. Last Sunday, the young man heeded his aunt’s advice by worshipping with the ministry. As the man of God was ministering prayer, he became anxious and edgy as a voice told him to leave the auditorium. Before he could fathom what was going on around him, the man of God was already near him. The last thing he could remember was a touch on his head by Prophet T.B. Joshua.

During his deliverance, the evil spirit that had entered him actually spoke and revealed its mission in the young man’s life, adding that it was responsible for his dropping out of school. It also linked itself to his ancestry. Brought to the ground by the power of the Holy Spirit, Mr Cletus rose up to feel very light. As he told congregants during his testimony, he felt that a heavy burden had been taken out of his body. “I now read my Bible and my interest in the things of God has increased,” he added, just as he advised people all over the world, especially youths, to be wary of the things they read on social media.

QUEST FOR POWER IS VANITY WITHOUT JESUS

Penultimate Sunday, Mr Jabulani Buthelezi received a prophecy from Prophet T.B. Joshua about his link with marine spirits. He narrated the horrible story of his life to congregants. The South African, in quest for political power, fame and influence, had consulted his aunt who advised him to appease his ancestors. He was introduced to a native doctor from Mozambique and because he did not know God, he agreed and made money available for the procurement of some livestock with which the sacrifice would be done. Sheep were slaughtered while their blood and entrails were presented to him to have a bath with. After bathing with the blood and entrails of the slaughtered sheep, the native doctor took him to the graveyard where his forefathers were buried and bathed him with sand from there. They also took some of the sand home.

The native doctor also gave him some snuff and told him to return to the graveyard and request whatever he wanted by sitting on the grave of his ancestors for at least two hours. Mr Buthelezi ended up sleeping on the grave all in his desperate bid to attain power and influence. Weeks later, the native doctor took him to an area in a thick bush were he had lit candles and told him to relax there after which he would appease the spirit of the bush. After that ritual, he was taken to a river and was asked to go naked. He tried to protest but the native doctor wouldn’t even spare his underwear. He was thereafter asked to go into the middle of the river. Mr Buthelezi became the centre of attention as women washing clothes in the river kept looking at him. At that point, the politician was overtaken by shame.

While in the river, the native doctor cut into all parts of his body, including his manhood. As the incisions lasted, he watched as his blood dripped into the flowing river. As the blood dripped, he was told to start swimming. He had no choice but to heed the advice of the native doctor lest his quest for power be truncated by his own refusal to obey commands. He was handed a 1.5 litre empty bottle and was asked to scoop water from the river and take it home. He was instructed to drink the water from time to time. He was also told to add drops of that water into his bathing water and bath in it at midnight. The native doctor also instructed his younger sister to disperse a concoction around his compound whenever he was having his special bath upstairs and she had to do it naked.

During that time, he started having unnecessary quarrels with the woman he was living with. Each time he wanted to get intimate with her, he lacked affection. But whenever he woke from sleep, he would discover that his semen had wet the bedsheets. He soon realised that he was having intercourse with a spirit wife. He also encountered strange women with whom he made love whenever he offered them a ride. Sometimes, he would drive into a bush with them only to find himself having sex in his car. Whenever he arrived at his office, he would feel as if he had not slept with any woman. His appetite for sex became voracious as he would sleep with four women in his office before close of work.

Very rich, Mr Buthelezi bought cars and houses but there was no peace in his home. Because he had entered into a blood covenant, he never enjoyed normal sexual relations. Most of the women he loved to sleep with were those who were menstruating. He always felt great whenever he saw blood during sexual intercourse. Because of the presence of diabolic spirits that were haunting his house, one of his former wives was always scared to move around alone. She would always want him to accompany her to any part of the house. He had thought she was getting insane. That marriage eventually hit the rocks.

The turning point came for him after he was imprisoned for certain crimes he was said to have committed many years back. It was in prison that he started thinking about Christ and redemption. It was in that same prison that he married his current wife. She was an old friend in whom he had lost interest. After leaving prison, for four years, he could not get intimate with her because of an excrutiating pain in his manhood. His frustrations inspired him to visit The SCOAN after he had been introduced to Emmanuel TV by a friend. He had even vowed to commit suicide should his problems persist after visiting The SCOAN.

The man of God ministered prophecy and deliverance to him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. After his deliverance, he confessed that his problems are no more. Testifying in company of his wife, he advised people, especially men, to stop craving for unnecessary power that would only lead them to more troubles and destruction, adding that he was lucky not to have contracted a venereal infection.

FULL EMPLOYMENT INSPIRED BY FAITH

For five years, he had been a United Nations volunteer in Ethiopia, praying to be fully employed by the international agency. As a volunteer, he only received allowances which were too meagre and could not take care of the huge responsibilities on his shoulders. He needed a full employment, knowing that it would come with improved pay and allowances. Mr Johansen Kase-Nene was introduced to Emmanuel TV by an acquaintance and since that moment, he started watching and witnessing the great testimonies of different people whom God had touched in many wonderful ways. Convinced that God would also touch him through the anointed channel, he started praying along with the man of God on the channel. While the man of God was praying for viewers sometime last year, Mr Kase-Nene keyed into one of the prayer points – WHATEVER YOU HAVE BEEN PRAYING FOR ALL THESE YEARS, THIS YEAR YOU ARE GOING TO GET IT.

After praying that prayer point vigorously, the mighty hand of God swung into action. Two months later, the Tanzanian resident in Ethiopia was offered a full employment by the International Refugee Committee which recruits and sends staff to the United Nations High Commission of Refugees. He was subsequently posted to serve in Botswana as an Associate Protection Officer.

When he arrived in Botswana, he received another employment as an United Nations staff with an improved remuneration as well as other benefits, including educational grants for his children and an opportunity for his family to join him. During his testimony, he expressed gratitude to God for answering his prayer. He advised people all over the world to hold onto God through any anointed medium, adding that distance is not a barrier.

GOOD RIDDANCE TO THE ISSUE OF BLOOD

Mrs Maggie Thokomnisi was suffering from severe bleeding and stomach pains to the extent that she had to be taken repeatedly to the hospital by an ambulance. She was referred to gynaecologists who checked her and later referred her to surgeons. At the end, she was given some medication and discharged when nothing was found wrong with her. She was told to return after five days if the pains and bleeding continued. After five days and having taken all the medication without any sign of the bleeding and pain subsiding, she returned to the hospital as advised. This time, she returned in an ambulance because she was too weak. Taken to the theatre, nothing was found once again and she was discharged.

Her aunt had muted the idea of visiting a sangoma whom she believed would put an end to the bleeding. For Mrs Thokomnisi, though she was troubled, she wouldn’t run after other gods. Instead, she decided to seek the face of the mighty and living God. She believed that as soon as she stepped her feet into The SCOAN, God would heal her. She just believed!

Her husband was worried because he was not sure she could embark on that journey alone without help because she was very weak. When she eventually arrived at The SCOAN, she attended a Sunday service. That day as Prophet T.B. Joshua was ministering prayer to congregants, he came to her side and laid his anointed right hand on her head. According to her, she fell to the ground under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Rising, she rushed to the toilet only to discover that her persistent bleeding had stopped.

Since that moment till now, she has not experienced the bleeding anymore. After her healing, she has been very strong, happy and full of life. Her appetite is back now. She even ‘demolished’ many Nigerian dishes. “There is no sickness that Jesus cannot heal and no disease that he cannot cure,” she told congregants as she thanked God for the miracle.

 

HOW JESUS RESCUED ME FROM THE TROUBLES OF LIFE

She was only two and half years when she lost her mother in a suicidal fire incident. At that tender age of innocence, it was most devastating for her to lose her mother in a most gory manner. Left with her father and younger sister, life took a turn for the worst. Her father remarried barely six months after her mother died. Young Lucy and her younger sister were ushered into an unfriendly vista of life where warmth and affection were displaced by hate and rejection. The   family treated them with disdain as though they were responsible for their mother’s death. When she clocked eight years, she absconded from home and took refuge at a seminary where she worked as a dish washer just to survive.

Two years after she fled home, another sad episode played out. Her younger sister whom she had left behind in her father’s house, died. It was as if life had lost its sunshine and had been overtaken by dark clouds. She developed an addiction for cigarette smoking. She would smoke as many as forty sticks of cigarettes in a day. Her father did not show any concern about her wellbeing. She was called all sorts of horrible names – a thief, a killer and the ugliest girl in the world. She suffered depression and migraines and received heavy doses of medication. With the level of rejection she experienced, she grew up with a mind-set to work hard and tread through the vicissitudes of life with an optimistic inclination. Lucy recalled how she was raped several times as a child and how she kept the abominable experiences to herself.

At sixteen, she was already a single parent of three. Her travails continued until her aunt’s husband came into the picture. The man, based in Norway decided to adopt her as his daughter. She was taken to Norway to start a new life. Norway brought a new lease of life as she was enrolled in school and also had job opportunities. She was able to raise pocket money through the little jobs she did while going to school. But that blaze of hope was short-lived when her adopted parents decided to go their separate ways. The boat of their marriage was rocked by irreconcilable differences and so, divorce was inevitable.

Lucy decided to go with her aunt, thinking that things would be better with her. But life with her aunt turned out to be worse than what she had passed through in her biological father’s house. Her aunt used her to make money by ordering her to sleep with all sorts of men against her will. It was exploitation all through. But among the men who were coming with the intention to sleep with her, there was one whose conscience was alive. Noticing that she was going through a lot of emotional pains, he promised to help her. That man kept his promise by getting her an apartment and paying her rent for two years. After she moved into her new home, she continued her education and combined it with a job in order to make ends meet.

Lucy would later meet her husband, a Norwegian, in the house of a Danish neighbour. Initially, their relationship was somewhat casual but after one year, it became serious. After their marriage which was blessed with a girl, Lucy was still haunted by her problems. Many a time, she would nurse the urge to run away from her matrimonial home. She had suicidal thoughts and was not happy. At a time, she fell ill and almost went crazy. Her husband did all he could yet her condition remained the same. It was then she told her husband that she was not interested in the material things of life but that she wanted to be free from the worries that had trailed her life since childhood.

One day while scanning through YouTube, she came across Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV and concluded that he was the only one who would deliver her from her problems. Since that day, she continued to watch Emmanuel TV. Lucy had made up her mind to visit The SCOAN and nothing would stop her.

As time for her journey to Nigeria approached, she faced a lot of difficulties. Undeterred, she was able to surmount those difficulties and made her way to the Arena of Liberty with her husband’s support. He had asked her to choose between a mansion he would build for her in her native Uganda and coming to The SCOAN and she chose the latter. Penultimate Sunday, during the church service, she was located by the Holy Spirit as the man of God ministered prayer and deliverance to congregants.

The demons behind her travails manifested: “We turned her to a dog. No respect – nobody likes her. Nobody respects her. They use her. From her childhood, she has been raped many times. We use her – that is our happiness…” Mrs Lucy Atim Hansen received her deliverance in the mighty name of Jesus. During her testimony last Sunday, she thanked God for freeing her from an age-long predicament that almost destroyed her life. According to her, after her deliverance, something came out of her. Her urge for smoking also came to an end. “If you see a child looking for your shoulder to rest on, please take that child as yours,” she advised.

MOTHER OF MIRACLES FOR TRINIDADIAN COUPLE

Mr Keston Brown from Trinidad and Tobego stepped foot in The SCOAN for the second time to testify of the Lord’s never failing faithfulness. The first time, he came with his wife to testify of how God had delivered him from pornography and masturbation through praying along with the man of God on Emmanuel TV. Happily married with his beautiful wife, they were looking for the fruit of the womb, something they believed would come naturally after 1 year or 2 years but when 5 years passed and no sign of pregnancy emerged, the couple began to worry.

Before returning to The SCOAN another time, they had exhausted all tricks in the book to try and conceive a child. The doctors had diagnosed stubborn multiple fibroids that refused to leave her despite treatment and medication. However, as the man of God says, ¨When you run out of rope, you should hold onto faith¨, they travelled to The SCOAN and received prayer from Prophet T.B. Joshua, in Jesus’ name along with the Morning Water.
On their return to Trinidad and Tobago, fueled with faith, they went straight back to the doctor’s office but despite the absence of the pain, the fibroids were still there. Although his wife was devastated at the news of the fibroids’ presence, he encouraged her to continue ministering the Morning Water and to stay in faith.

After four months of trusting in God and ministering the Morning Water, they met as husband and wife and to the joy of the couple, she conceived. Unable to keep quiet at God’s miracle, Mr Keston travelled to The SCOAN to testify on behalf of his wife. Beaming and proudly showing photographs of his wife, now heavily pregnant, Mr Keston advised everyone that truly God is alive.
