Sound Bath

 

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sounds and vibrations to invite a gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative process to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing, and self discovery.  I use a specific set of protocols to alleviate stress, balance the nervous system, increase creativity motivation and focus, help alleviate grief, and instill general well-being.

You will experience the healing power of quartz singing bowls and a quartz crystal merkaba at the end of the session.

The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away all your stress, tension, and cares. Let go, simply relax, and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you. During the Sound bath we suggest you use a yoga mat on the floor. You can also purchase an eye pillow or use a scarf (or something similar) to cover your eyes for a deeper relaxation inward.

Reiki

 

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing technique that works with the energy fields of the body to help facilitate self-healing and energetic balance throughout the body.

The word Reiki means “Universally Guided Life Energy”.

 

I use a non-manipulative light touch technique on the recipient. The recipient remains fully clothed throughout the session. Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful healing energy and has been known to assist with healing virtually all major and minor illnesses and injuries. A Reiki session is a very relaxing experience and can also feel like a meditation; many people doze off during long sessions.

We offer standard Reiki sessions for relaxation and gentle healing, as well as customizable sessions to help with specific issues. You can get a quote below if you would like to combine reiki with any other service I offer.

Reiki Session 60 minutes- $100 donation

A 60-minute session uses a standard set of hand positions, if guided to do so other  hand positions may be used as directed by Reiki energy. (Time Permitted)

In an initial session, I will generally use standard hand positions to ensure all areas of the body are covered.

Reiki Session 90 minutes- $120 donation

A 90-minute session is a more thorough, intuitively guided session where I can spend more time sending Reiki energy to specific areas. I still start out with the standard hand positions to ensure all areas of the body are covered.

I am happy to work on a sliding scale for those in need.

Note: Reiki is NOT a replacement for standard medical care. It does however work well in conjunction with standard medical care.

Distance Reiki

 

You may choose between 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions of distance reiki with a grid of your choice. I have an array of crystals to aid in the process, each helping in different areas of life. Reiki can be sent through both time and space. As such, it can be sent to anyone at a distance from anywhere, and can be sent backward or forward through time.

A Distance Reiki Session is the same as having an in-person session, and it is equally as effective. To prepare for this session, after you have sent an inquiry I will contact you with the email you provide to set up a specific date and time so you can settle in, relax, get some insight of the grid and stones I will use, and enjoy your Reiki session.

Poly-Vibrational Therapy

 

Poly-Vibrational Therapy:  In this session, a combination of sound therapy techniques are used to bring new energy and alignment to your whole being. It begins with chakra opening, allowing vibrant energy to flow. This is followed by connecting your Earth star (also grounding it to the Earth) to your sun star, then connecting both together sending them up and down through the river of energy. The tuning forks are then placed onto the body to help relieve inflammation and pain using standard placements. After standard placements, we can move onto other areas of the body as needed. (Time Permitting as a 90 minute session is recommended for full body integration). The session then moves into a mini personal sound bath. This immerses you in the sound of Chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, as the healing power of the sound waves and vibrations penetrate your body.  Next, tuning forks are placed on reflexology points on the feet (or hands if you don't like your feet touched, also socks on is an option) to release any stuck energy and create balance and harmony.  Lastly, a combination of sounds (using specific protocols for your individual needs) are used to balance the nervous system and the subtle energy bodies. The combination of C and G noted tuning forks are used to create a harmonious sound around your head. This relieves your body of stress, worry, and anxiety, bringing equilibrium and harmony back to your body, mind, and spirit.

This option must be done in person.

7 Energy Bodies Tuning / Violet Flame Tuning

 

 

Seven Energy Bodies Tuning: This is a sound therapy method in which several tuning forks are used to purify, balance, and harmonize each of the seven subtle energy bodies which include the Causal Body, Celestial Body, Etheric Template, Astral Body, Mental Body, Emotional Body, Etheric Body. 

 (seven energy bodies tuning can also be done distantly online)

 

The Violet flame Tuning: follows the same guidelines as the 7 energy bodies tuning (in still being a sound therapy), but we don't work in the energy bodies, we work in the energy matrices. Each matrix is 6 inches apart and there are multiple matrices. The number of matrices vary from person to person. This session uses specialty tuning forks utilizing the UV spectrum, hence the violet flame. Laurie Maloney is the creator of this method as well as MVT, and 7 energy body tuning.

Yoga Nidra

 

Yoga Nidra: which translates to "yogic sleep," is the only meditation that is meant to be practiced lying down.  In Yoga Nidra, one enters the alpha and theta state of awareness; a deep state of relaxation.  Scientific studies show that when one achieves this state through meditation, it reduces symptoms of depression and increases creative thinking. It also stimulates the production of melatonin, a hormone that reduces stress and boosts the immune system. Regular practice helps harmonize the brain hemispheres, promoting better mental acuity and focus. Studies have shown that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra practice is comparable to 2-4 hours of sleep. That is what I call a power nap! (but there is no napping)
