President & CEO.

Darius Sookram (he/ him) is President and Chief Executive Officer of Entelechy Consulting, created to empower organizations and serve communities through relationship-building and inclusive culture change leadership.

Darius is an award-winning and goal-oriented leader who cares deeply about social justice and equity.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration.

Darius has over 15 years of leadership experience in business, government, and post secondary institutions. Over the past two decades he has served over 30+ boards and committees to help advance equity. He has championed diversity as Chair for the City of Markham’s Race Relations Committee, Co-Chair of UNHCR Canada’s Young Leaders Committee, and Co-Chair of Carefirst Seniors Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Darius is committed to this important work and getting results that matter. He is devoted to taking actions that lead to positive impacts for people, businesses, and communities.
