Steel CIty Solidarity no longer operating

Thanks for looking us up, we appreciate your interest in Steel City Solidarity.  Unfortunately our group is no longer operating and we will not be able to respond to any emails or phone calls.  If you have a workplace issue and you are in the Toronto region, you can get in touch with the Workers Action Centre at http://www.workersactioncentre.org.

Dropping a line

Hello!

We just wanted to drop a line to let you know we’re still here, holding drop-in hours at The Tower and looking for more cases. As always, folks are more than welcome to come to any of our meetings to see what we’re up to or lend your thoughts.
Our next regular meeting is this coming Tuesday September 16th at 7pm at The Tower(281 Cannon St E).  We meet at the same time, same place every other Tuesday.
We’ll be having a table at Take Back the Night on Thursday Sept 18th if any women-identified folks want to stop by and say hi (City Hall @6pm)!  We’re also in the process of developing new outreach material, so hopefully we’ll be asking for folks to help put stuff up soon!
Finally, if you or anyone you know has an issue they’d like to bring to us, you can email us atworkersunited.cupe3906@gmail.com, or call at 289.698.6652.  Our drop-in hours are Tuesdays from 5-7pm and Sundays from 1-3pm.
Thanks for all your support!
