We'll make your Suite Dreams come true!
Suite Dreamers is all about creating unique and memorable rooms for children of all ages. Comprised of the talents of Carla Leyer and Wendi Speck, striving to invent original bedrooms with quality of care and meaning to that special child in your life. You dream it, we create it!
We are an Eco-friendly company in that we strongly believe in re-using, re-furbishing, re-purposing and re-creating furnishings for the bedrooms we design. Please see some of our re-purposed furnishings under the same named tab.
The Creative Forces...
Carla Leyer
Obtained a Certificate with Honours in Fine Arts from Sheridan College in 2006. Mother to 3 grown children, Carla spends her time volunteering to different organizations in our community to keep herself out of trouble. One of those organizations is Walls of Hope Canada; this is where she met and was inspired by the many talents of Wendi. After collaborating on many WOH projects together, Wendi and Carla decided it was time to create a business of their own to showcase their talents.
Wendi Speck
Is a graduate of not one, but two Sheridan College diploma programs. In 1991, Wendi graduated from the Animation program at Sheridan and decided to continue her education further with the Fashion Design program where she graduated in 1993. Since then she has been running “The Costumeworks” a successful business out of Mississauga custom designing costumes for area theatre and dance companies. In her spare time she is in great demand for her unique talents and for WOH projects.
