We are passionate about creating unique pieces and are proud of our signature pieces that have stood the test of time in our business of 25 years. We sell our candles in a multi platform of avenues whether you are a customer looking to purchase a gift for yourself or others, get your vessels filled with candles, bee 🐝 creative and book one of our workshops, be a wholesaler (own a business or store) are a company looking for custom candles for us to manufacture for you, we are a one stop shop for your needs! We are located on Ellis Street in the heart of Kelowna’s Cultural District and is home to a creative buzz and incredible candles that are made on site, not hidden behind walls but right out in the open for you to watch the process unfold!

If you have placed an local order online, via text or email or you have refills to pick up or drop off come by The Kelowna Candle Factory at 1278 Ellis Street Tuesday – Saturday 10-5pm or Chai Baba Teas directly across the street from our candle factory 1289 Ellis Street 10-5pm on Sunday or Monday. We can also arrange local delivery for a low fee of $5 in Kelowna or $10 further out of Kelowna, Lake Country or West Kelowna on specific days!

We ship all our products throughout Canada 🇨🇦 (not internationally). Our fees are those quoted via Canada Post Business Expedite and Canpar Courier Trucking Services with no hidden fees. Gas prices are at an all time high therefore hits small to medium businesses the worst as we are not Amazon and cannot offer free shipping. We can offer our customers a flat fee of $15 for all direct orders over $125.

We make ear cone candles that are made of 100% unbleached muslin cloth dipped in 100% pure beeswax. Our Ear Cone Candles are made with the highest quality ingredients and dipped in Beeswax the ear cone naturally is softer and easier to mould and adjust inside your ear canal and they are not stiff like paraffin ear candles, be aware to use a aluminum pie plate to catch any drips as Beeswax ear cones do drip when heated and tilted, do use our INSTRUCTIONS for safest and best ear candling experience!

Even if there is only two of you and you want something fun to do on an afternoon and making a beautiful candle with a friend, family or co-worker sounds lovely contact us and we will make it happen! 😉

- We can refill any container with natural soy wax with your choice of pure clean scents (over 155+) or if you prefer 100% pure beeswax please bring in thicker containers as they burn at a higher temperature than Soy Wax.
- If you already have containers you love, don’t throw them out – refill them for a fraction of the price comparable to buying a new one!
