For 40 years, Sid, the owner, has designed top-quality luxury houses and produced building permit and construction drawings on over 500 custom homes from 1,000-sq.ft. sweet cozy homes to 28,000-sq.ft. manors. Sid prides himself in high-quality and detailed work to meet the needs of every client, big and small. As a seasoned architectural designer I proudly acknowledge that I excel at it. I work collaboratively with my clients. Since you'll be living in that house, you have all the right to design it. It will be as you want it, not me. It isn't easy to deliver custom design services; however, it's what I love to work on, and fortunately, have mastered it. Taking a view of the concept, then preparing a preliminary design. After your approval, I'll begin the construction technical architectural drawings for building permit approval and construction.
