Total Disability Coverage Total Disability provides weekly disability income up to $3,000 per month to replace lost earnings if you become Totally Disabled.
Continuous Disability Coverage A lump-sum benefit up to $500,000 is included in the plan If you remain Totally Disabled continuously for 5 years.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage Covers unforeseen loss of life, paralysis, dismemberment or loss of use due to an accident with a lump-sum benefit up to $300,000.
Premier Coverages Loss of Use, Paraplegia, Rehabilitation/Repatriation, Funeral Expense, Home Alteration, Accidental Medical Expense, Spousal Occupational Training and Day Care Benefit
Serious Illness Coverage Irregular or long hours, eating habits and stress of driving are just some factors trucking professionals experience that can lead to a Serious Illness such as heart attack, stroke or cancer. Serious Illness coverage is included to provide a lump-sum benefit if you are diagnosed with any of the 16 Insured Conditions to assist you in paying immediate additional expenses that come with a diagnosis and treatment program. A 2nd event benefit is included, and if newly diagnosed with cancer, you will have access to the CAREPath Cancer Treatment Navigation Program™.
Out of Province/Country Emergency Medical Coverage This benefit is included to provide coverage for members in case of personal accident or sickness when travelling for either business or pleasure outside their province of residence. Coverage can also be extended to include immediate family of the program member.
Trucker’s Assistance Program (TAP) A driver with less stress is a safer driver. TAP is an integral service included with the program, providing members and their families with confidential, 24/7 access to TAP’s telephone support line to help manage any stressful or worrying situation (legal, personal, financial and more) either at home or on the road.
