I’m a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) from Edmonton, AB, and I used to work for Intuit, the makers of Quickbooks. My first job when I graduated from the University of Alberta was on the Quickbooks help desk. I was the guy other accountants called when they were having trouble with Quickbooks. I have seen and solved just about every problem there is with Quickbooks.
I became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and then a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) by virtue of all the accounting bodies in Canada merging (CA + CMA + CGA = CPA). I’ve been a Controller in the Real Estate, Manufacturing, Software and Oilfield Services industries. I now help businesses and accounting firms with their Quickbooks problems.
I don’t do taxes. I don’t do financial statements. I do Quickbooks. And I do it very, very well.
