We believe that gathering all of the site information and determining constraints at the outset is a critical first step and crucial in the success of a project. Through ongoing collaboration, our team works closely with our clients to analyze all opportunities which then inform the initial design concepts. Moving through the design process, we develop floor plans and elevations with a focus on a renowned design process that merges innovative design with practical, client-focused solutions.
Technical drawings and specifications are completed and coordinated with the consultant team. Prior to being issued to clients, construction documents are carefully reviewed through an internal quality control process. Building permits and drawings are then issued for construction.
This phase involves a continuous commitment to the project management, timelines, and follow through. Our team remains active throughout this entire phase with ongoing construction administration and field reviews to assist in ensuring that construction complies with the original intent of the design, errors are avoided on site, and projects are completed to highest quality design standards and building codes.
