My philosophy...
"In my opinion, architecture is the art and science of creating a client's non-physical needs and desires into a physical object (a building) that adds meaning and context to our built environment as well as functionality and beauty to our world."
My Biography
With AutoCAD and REVIT experience Kelly has acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of construction documentation and project management.
Working in various locations has given Kelly a variety of experience with respect to construction methods, materials, practices and different architectural styles.
Working in different office environments and with differing administrative practices has helped to broaden his skills and abilities.
The skills developed in university and in an architectural office setting have helped Kelly to expand his design skills which can very easily be transferred into a number of other professions.
After completing his architectural registration in 2018, Kelly hopes to be able to further develop his skills and abilities while working with creatively-minded people.

Reviews
"Kelly was enthusiastic and did a great job overseeing this challenging project [Delta Community College] from the design end and worked very well as part of the project implementation team along with our construction manager... ...As project manager, I was very impressed by Kelly's poise, confidence, attention to detail and ability to translate the school district's requests into effective design solutions.”
"Kelly has a positive, diligent attitude, and was well regarded both within the firm and by our client consultant, and contractor team on the Delta Community College project.
Kelly took the initiative to take a Building Envelope Performance course at BCIT during his year with us.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kelly to an architectural firm."
Kelly has been employed by us on a contract basis for the last two years providing us with AutoCAD working drawings on three projects. Kelly has worked remotely from his home and has communicated with us on a timely and efficient basis. He is responsive and mindful of time constraints and is diligent in his work. ! Aside from Kelly’s technical abilities we would like to add that he is a very pleasant person to work with and would be an overall asset in any office environment.
