Our location, 877 Westminster Avenue has been operating as an alternative food store for over 30 years. It has been serving Wolseley and Winnipeg as a place to find whole, fair trade, healthy, organic foods. It is also a long-running and successful model of community building, showing what people working collectively to meet their own needs, can produce.
Organic Planet Worker Co-op provides the Winnipeg community with a range of products from organic produce and groceries, bulk dry goods many of which are sourced from local farms, in-store made vegan sweets, savories and take home meals and a wide range of eco-friendly home and body products. We source locally when possible and support fair trade suppliers. We serve smoothies, espresso, and teas and often have seasonal features all in our vegan deli. Looking to feed a group or just want to fill up that freezer? We offer a wide range of options for catering as well!
