I want to share with all of you a great experience I had with Paul at iKonyk Solutions.
About 2 weeks ago I got a notice that my customers are not receiving my emails. I tried to contact, what I thought, the legitimate Microsoft Office Customer Service Rep. But, right away the rep came to the conclusion that my office network had been breached by a worm and to was harvesting my private information. Later I found out that it was a scam.
I called Paul and explained the situation. Paul immediately knew what was going on.
Thank God I had Paul and Rigo as they were the ones to fix my issues, get rid of the worm and secure my network. Paul was very knowledgeable and quick to solve my issue. I would recommend iKonyk Solutions services anytime and to anyone I know.
