What is Health Coaching?

In the realm of health coaching, it’s no different.  Health coaching helps you leverage your internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable, healthy, lifestyle changes.

Every person has unique goals and aspirations and requires unique forms of support and accountability.  A health coach facilitates the changes you want to make at a pace that works for you.

Perhaps you have a specific diagnosis and plan of care that a medical professional has asked you to follow. A health coach helps you to understand that diagnosis and supports you in implementing that plan.

Or maybe you just feel like you’re not living your healthiest life. A coach can help you identify the changes you want to make and the underlying motivation for them.  With goals established, your coach then guides you to achieving them.

Health coaching looks at the whole person: your job, your relationships, your environment, your culture, your mindset!  With an understanding of the whole you, we develop strategies together that will get you on a healthier path, making changes that you can maintain long-term.
