MECHANICAL DESIGN: of pressure vessels to ASME section VIII-1, tanks to API650 and API620, shell-and-tube heat exchangers to TEMA.
DRAFTING: Complete fabrication drawings including ladders, platforms, other details presented in a neat, well-organized layout that is easy to work with.
THERMAL DESIGN: of shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
QUALITY INSPECTIONS: We perform in-shop or on-site inspections.
WELD PROCEDURES: We create and review weld procedures for compliance with ASME section IX.
FABRICATION: Timmons Engineering is not a fabricator. We do not provide fabrication.
