Vizion Multimedia has just recently switched to an online booking system but we’ve made our reputation by serving the Montreal area since 2001. We’ve served thousands of wedding couples and many corporate events. We are one of the largest and most well-known entertainment, photography and videography provider in the Greater Montreal area. Your reservation and your payment are safe and will be honoured for any of the services you book with us.

Yes, your deposit is 100% refundable if it’s at least 90 days from the date of your event. If the event is less than 90 days away, the deposit is not refundable but we will offer you a credit which can be used to book one of our services (greater or equal value) at a later date. 

The answer is simple: VALUE! You will get more for your money here than anywhere else. Our DJs, photographers and videographers are experience professionals who have the experience and knowledge to satisfy all your needs.

As of 2017, we only provide online bookings and telephone consultations. However, please note that even if you were to meet us at our offices, it still would not be the person who will be at your event. We are a large company with a staff of over 30 people. The only time you actually meet the person is usually a self-employed freelance part-time person who does weddings and events as a side business, not when dealing with large professional enterprises like Vizion Multimedia. NOTE: All our people are polite, well-mannered, well groomed dedicated to making you happy and you will have the opportunity of speaking with each one by telephone 2 weeks prior to your event.

The deposit at the time of booking is 30% of your total including taxes. The remaining 70% will be charged to your card 30 days prior to your event. All our payments are done by credit cards or paypal. If you prefer to send via e-transfer or check by mail, please give us a call 514-244-5532 and we will make arrangements with you.

You will receive a confirmation that your date is booked and the services you’ve reserved are being scheduled into our schedule. Each service will call you and/or email you 10 to 12 days prior to the wedding in order to go over all the details and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. Each service will call: For example, if you booked a DJ and a photographer, each of them will call you to go over all the details with you and leave you their contact info.

No, all the amounts displayed are subject to GST and PST once you use our checkout system.

Normally, all photos are given out at the end of the service the same day of your event on a DVD disc. Any retouching can be done at your request and are done at no extra charge. The video will be mailed out to you on DVD and/or sent by email with a link to download.

We use the latest in digital technology so all our footage is shot in High Definition format and Ultra High Resolution photos. We will deliver the images and video at the highest possible quality to our clients at no extra charge free of any rights or watermarks or limitations. All the images and video copyrights belongs to you as the customer.

No, you can book a DJ with us and use another company for photos if you wish. We are flexible and work with many other professionals in our industry. You can book just one or all services with Vizion Multimedia, it’s totally up to you!

Yes, book 2 services and get 5% off our regular price. Book 3 services and get 10% off our regular price.

We make it easy for you: Instead of shopping for a DJ (or photographer/videographer) that you like, just tell us your preferences and we will adjust our service to accommodate your specifics needs. For example, you may like a DJ-Animator who is very interactive and very involved with the crowd or you may prefer someone who just sticks to the basic minimum when animating and is more low-key. Whatever your preference, we will adjust our service to your taste.

The number of people will depend on the amount of services you’ve chosen. Usually it’s 1 person per service (1 photographer, 1 videographer and 1 DJ/Animator). If we have to film the preparations for a wedding we will go to the groom’s place first, then the bride. A meal is usually provided for the staff at any event we service. If this is an issue for you, please contact us by email or phone so we can make other arrangements.

Normally we do not have any fees for events within a 50 Kilometer radius of the center of Montreal. If fees apply, we will be in touch with you shortly after your booking to arrange a reasonable fee.
