  • Track Participation in Physical Activities

🏃‍♂️💪 Important Reminder for All Cadets! 🚴‍♀️🌟

As part of our ongoing commitment to foster an active and healthy lifestyle, it's essential that all cadets participate in our Physical Activities Tracking initiative. This effort is not just about meeting a requirement; it's about embracing a journey towards better health, increased fitness, and the camaraderie that comes with achieving shared goals.

📅 Deadline: End of April 📅

To ensure you're on track, remember the key components:

Participate in the Cadets Fitness Assessment.

Accumulate a minimum of 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity daily for 24 days over four consecutive weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, improve your physical fitness, and contribute positively to our cadet community's overall wellness.

Let's stay active, support each other, and push through to the finish line! 🎉 #CadetFitnessChallenge #ActiveLifestyle #Teamwork
