Leo has been involved in the real estate since 1994, commencing from associate professor in real estate. He is a designated professional from the AlC. His extensive and solid background both in academic and practice in real estate has been a significant asset to his success in the appraisal industry in Canada.
Ruby graduated from UVic with a B.A. in Economics. She is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and jointed Best Home Appraisals Ltd. since 2013. Her primary coverage areas include city of West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond.
Winston graduated from SFU with a BA in Economics. He is a candidate member in good standing with the AIC and joined Best Home Appraisals Ltd since 2016. His primary service areas Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge.
Sam graduated from McMaster University with a Ph.D degree. He has been involved in the real estate for more than 10 years. He is a Candidate member in good standing with the AlC and joined Best Home Appraisals Ltd in 2022. His primary coverage areas are Vancouver, Richmond and Surrey areas.
