Welcome

The Centre for Counselling & Therapy consists of a diverse group of therapists in private practice working with individuals, couples, families and children. We are each registered with our professional association and guided by a code of ethics, offering all of our clients a high standard of practice. Our office is centrally located downtown in the Yarrow Medical building, which is an accessible heritage building.  

The CFCT Approach

A large predictor of satisfaction in the therapeutic process is finding a therapist who is a good fit. Some clients find it helpful to consult with two or more professionals before choosing one they feel will work best in helping them obtain their goals. The Centre for Counselling & Therapy has therapists with various training and expertise, which is helpful in this process. Should you have insurance benefits, it is also helpful to know what qualifications may be required by your insurance company in order to have sessions covered.
