Equine Intelligence started when Toni Ritchie, international management consultant, facilitator and speaker, discovered the powerful metaphor for leading people while learning how to ride horses.
Equine Intelligence is a leadership academy and publishing house dedicated to improving corporate—and personal—leadership competencies by applying the lessons of horsemanship. It is a companion service to the management consulting offered by Ritchie Bridges Strategy Inc.
